Our tram-like holiday apartment is located on meters height in one of the most snow-sure skiing areas in Austria - the Zillertal Arena ( - m).
This means, in the morning from the front door directly on the slopes and in the evening from the slopes directly into the cozy Almhaus. In summer and winter you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains from the large balcony towards Königsleiten, the large roof terrace and the small garden in front of the house.
You will find our cosy apartment in the Silberleiten residential complex at m above sea level in the Zillertal Arena.
In winter you can ski directly to the front door. In 2 minutes you can reach the lift by foot.
Snow is guaranteed until April!
In summer you will find numerous leisure activities:
Hiking, climbing, mountain biking, sailing and swimming and much more.
Why not take a break on your own large roof terrace? Our cosy apartment has a large all-round balcony and a great roof terrace. You can enjoy the last rays of sunshine in the small garden in front of the house
A high-altitude cross-country ski trail and winter and Scheeschuh hiking trails can be found right outside the front door. Snow is guaranteed until April!
In summer you will find numerous leisure activities: Hiking, climbing, mountain biking, sailing and swimming in the nearby Durlassboden reservoir or at the Krimml Waterfalls (the highest waterfall in Europe)
You enter the apartment through a spacious entrance area with wardrobe, on the left is the bedroom with double bed 2.00 x 2.00 m. Next to it is a freshly renovated spacious bathroom with bath/shower (glass partition) and a separate WC. To the right of the entrance is the cosy living room with open kitchen, brick oven and large sitting area.
In the living area you will find a comfortable pull-out sofa (1.60 x 2.00 m) when occupied by 4 guests, cable LCD TV, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, hot air stove, 4-plate ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster.
There is a sauna in the house for common use. It was newly installed 2 years ago. It is operated with 1-Euro coins (10 min. each)

Location and surroundings of object
In the midst of the extensive ski area you will find the idyllic Silberleiten residence at 1700 metres above sea level. There you will find our comfortable and cosy holiday apartment. Directly from the Almhaus you can reach the lift on foot and have access to 55 lifts, 165 km of slopes, snow parks, halfpipes and over 30 refreshment stops
Skiers as well as snowboarders will appreciate the varied mountain world of the Zillertal Arena, Zell am Ziller, Gerlos, Königsleiten, Silberleiten, Hochkrimml, Krimml and Gerlosplatte. For beginners there are numerous ski schools available. These offer a qualified and friendly range of activities, especially for our younger guests. Other winter activities such as tobogganing, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing are also available in our snow-sure surroundings. The holiday village Silberleiten is a district of Hochkrimml, which consists of a total of three districts, namely Filzsteinalpe, Duxeralm and Silberleiten. Hochkrimml is located on the Gerlosplatte on the border of Salzburg and Tyrol.
In summer the beautiful mountains of the Salzburger Land invite you to numerous excursions. Depending on your preference, you can go hiking, nordic walking, mountain biking, climbing or refresh yourself in clear mountain lakes. A network of over 60 km of well-signposted hiking trails at all altitudes and varied routes with different levels of difficulty will lead you through the fascinating mountain world.
In the nearby Durlaßboden reservoir at metres above sea level near Gerlos you can enjoy the summer to the full. Whether swimming, sailing, boating or barbecuing, you decide for yourself
A special attraction in the area is the Krimml Waterfalls, with a drop of 390 m. The waterfall path leads through the natural surroundings. The waterfall trail leads nature enthusiasts with numerous viewing points, bridges and pulpits very close to the natural spectacle.
