Enjoy your holiday in a modern holiday home for 2-4 people on a quiet and meadowy plot with direct access to the water. Here you can enjoy nature and find an idyllic place to feel good and relax. The holiday home, newly built in 2010 and completely renovated in 2017, has 2 floors. From the terrace you have a beautiful view over the lake. On the lower floor there is a spacious dining area with an open kitchen and a wood-burning stove. From there you can access the spacious terrace, which invites you to linger outside. There is also a bathroom with a bath and shower on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with WC.

The holiday home is located on a spacious and meadowy plot.
It is situated on a shallow slope about 100 m from the shore of the Tetzensee.
On the shore there is a bathing lawn with a cosy sitting area and a fire bowl as well as a jetty where the rowing boat is moored.
An outboard motor can be booked for the boat on request.

Cancellation terms:

Any payments already made by the tenant will be refunded.

Anglers will find excellent fishing grounds directly from their own jetty or also from the boat. Trips with the local fisherman can be booked directly from the hotel's own jetty by telephone arrangement. Freshly caught fish can be bought from the fisherman directly at the jetty.
In winter, extended skating tours on the waters are possible at appropriate temperatures.
The extensive forest areas offer hikers and mushroom pickers everything their heart desires.
The very well developed network of cycle paths offers enthusiastic cyclists the best prerequisites
for tours of any kind.

Unfortunately, no relaxation. Not suitable for seniors and anglers.
Unfortunately, the vacation was not so nice for us. It started with 2 stinking huge dead Amur carp that were rotting on the right and left of the dock upon our arrival. However, the landlord did not feel responsible, so we had to remove them ourselves from the reeds. In doing so, we noticed that the oars of the boat were unevenly weighted, making it a torture. Unfortunately, we couldn't sleep either because there were no curtains, blinds, or shutters for darkening in the sleeping areas. The sleeping areas have windows all around and even a skylight, so the moon shines directly on your head and the sun during the day. Sleeping was out of the question. Unfortunately, there is neither a hairdryer nor a microwave. The couch looks nice but is uncomfortable. Dangerous are the stairs without handrails and the too short steps in front of the house, which also caused an accident fall. Unsuitable for seniors and children, as the window sills are also much too low. In front of the terrace, there is still a hole in the grass ground that one should better not step into. The equipment is okay, but the permanent motion detectors, which also go off constantly during the day, are unnecessary given the high electricity price of 0.60 euros per kWh. Every device has standby, clock display, etc. The remote control for the shutters on the ground floor was only minimally explained upon arrival, so we accidentally found out after 3 days that there were also shutters in the bathroom. Until then, it was very uncomfortable to use the bathroom, so to speak, in the open. In the toilet on the top floor, there is no privacy screen at all. The equipment is complicated and impractical. The freezer compartment is too small, and unfortunately, so is the bridge. The dock is very far from the house, so it's a hassle for everyone who wants to fish. For seniors, like my parents, the path from the water to the house was very difficult. We had one day of power and water outage. Goodwill or discount: none. A replacement toilet paper roll would be nice.

Pure relaxation
If you love nature and are looking for peace, relaxation and deceleration, this is the place for you.
We really liked the property in the forest with access to the lake. The spacious holiday home is beautifully bright, very tastefully furnished and it is very clean and well maintained. The large terrace offers a great view and invites you to linger. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our holiday very much.

Oasis of well-being
For us city dwellers, this is the perfect place to unwind. We have been here for the fourth time and enjoy it every time to the fullest, being away from the everyday noise of the city. We simply enjoy the natural tranquillity here. The landlords are very kind and always ready to help immediately if anything should go wrong?
