| The prices are for 2 persons. Children and teenagers are free, additional adults: 10 euros per night each, dogs and other pets not possible. Arrival from 3 p.m., departure by 11 a.m. at the latest (afterwards final cleaning and garden maintenance until 3 p.m.) Minimum booking : April-October 1 week from Saturday-Saturday Prices 2022 / 23 per night April + October 100 € May + September 110 € June, July + August 120 € Final cleaning 90 € one time The holiday home is closed from November - March. |
Cancellation terms:
- Bei Absage 2 Monate vor dem gemieteten Zeitpunkt wird der Betrag abzüglich 80€ Bearbeitungsgebühr zurückgezahlt. Bei Absage 1 Monat vor Beginn des Aufenthalts werden 150€ einbehalten. Danach kann die Anzahlung leider nicht mehr zurückgezahlt werden. In jedem Fall kann der Mieter einen Ersatzmieter vorschlagen. Im Fall einer verfrühten Abreise wird der volle Mietpreis in Rechnung gestellt. Bei möglichen Abweichungen zu Angaben von Buchungsdiensten gelten unsere Buchungsbedingungen.

a rowing boat is available free of charge. You can bring your own boat and put it on the jetty. The distance from the house to the water is approx. 40 m and runs through your own garden.
Fishing from our jetty is only allowed for owners of a fishing licence together with a day permit. You can get this local fishing permit in Neuruppin from Angel-Joe
Please note: Non-smoking holiday home. Smoking in the garden area and on the jetty is okay, please do not smoke on the terrace.
Pets especially dogs not possible
The garden is partly fenced, partly hedged and partly only bordered by shrubs to the neighbours, the dog can pass through, this can cause trouble with the neighbours.
In addition, our caretaker would not be happy about any additional cleaning effort.
