Description
The apartment is approx. 60 m² in size and is located on the ground floor of a detached house. The location and furnishings of the apartment offer everything for a wonderful holiday. Although very quietly situated, the apartment is nevertheless centrally located and only approx. 250 m away from the fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea. On the large, sheltered terrace, which faces south, you can enjoy the sun almost the whole day
The entire flat has tiled floors and thus offers a very clean, cosy atmosphere
The centrepiece is the large, bright living room. You can easily access the large wooden terrace through the 4 large patio doors. The living room is visually divided into 2 sections, the living area with seating and TV corner and the kitchen area with kitchen and dining area
The cosy and comfortable sitting area can be easily converted into a double bed. The living room is equipped with a TV, which provides you with digital TV and radio reception.
In the newly designed bedroom there is a double bed and a very large wardrobe with mirror.
The bathroom with shower completes the apartment
As a guest, you have free WLAN access to the apartment.
There is also a parking space for your car directly at the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is in a very beautiful location.
Only about 250 metres from the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea, it is nevertheless very quiet here and on nice days you can enjoy a wide landscape view, almost to the Jasmund Bodden.
In addition, all important points of the village (bakery, supermarket, restaurants) are only 5 - 10 minutes away on foot.
The Jasmar Therme, only 10 minutes away by car, also offers bathing fun on rainy and cold days.

The island of Rügen is one of the sunniest areas in Germany.
The village of Glowe lies directly on the Baltic Sea on the Jasmund peninsula. The Schaabe is located here. This is the name of the approx. 8 km long bay between Glowe and Juliusruh. It is one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Baltic Sea coast. The beach is only about 200 metres from the holiday home.
The area around Glowe is also known for its nature tourism. An extensive network of cycling and hiking trails can be used for sporting activities. So you can explore the sights of Cape Arkona or the chalk cliffs at the Königsstuhl by bike from here. Glowe is also a paradise for anglers or mushroom pickers. Whether salmon, cod or zander, the surrounding waters offer a fishing experience at any time of year.

Very beautiful apartment
We felt very very comfortable.
The apartment is very nicely furnished and equipped.
The location is very quiet and the garden is really beautifully landscaped.
The owners have really created a beautiful little holiday oasis.
The handling regarding booking and key handover went well through the administrator.
The cleanliness upon arrival could be improved.
We are not picky, but there was still dirt from the previous occupants under the sofa and there were cobwebs and lint in the corners. The bathroom could also use a proper cleaning in the shower area.
Perhaps the people who clean the apartment should be spoken to about this.
But otherwise everything is really great and the apartment is highly recommended.

Schöne Wohnung
We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The apartment was very clean and is quiet located. A highlight of the apartment is the large terrace. It would be nice to have a clothes rack available. I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience.

Great vacation apartment - centrally located yet very quiet
The apartment is only 250 meters away from the beach. In between, there are the classic fish sandwiches, bakeries, supermarkets, beverage markets, etc.
Nevertheless, it is very quiet, located right at the edge of the development. So, you can enjoy views of meadows and forests from the living room and terrace.
Fully equipped, especially for families, there is plenty of dishes and cutlery available so that the dishwasher does not have to run daily.
