Cancellation 14 days up to the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price.** The non-refundable 10% of the rental price covers costs not incurred for water, electricity, etc. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, which you can obtain at any travel agency. The basis for calculating the cancellation fees is the date the notice is received by the landlord or their authorized representative, either by post or email. The tenant has the option to provide a substitute tenant under the same rental conditions. In this case, the cancellation fees for the period of re-rental are waived, and only a processing fee of €100.00 will be charged. The tenant must settle any advance payments already made directly with the substitute tenant. **b.) Cancellation or withdrawal in the event of a pandemic:** If the Spanish government closes the borders, you will receive your deposit back minus a processing fee of €100.00. In all other cases, e.g. due to a travel warning from a country outside Spain, personal fears, or a fellow traveler not being sufficiently vaccinated, the above cancellation and withdrawal conditions apply.

Very comfortable accommodation for 2 people

This studio is very conveniently located, you can do almost everything on foot, shopping, restaurants etc.
