All apartments naturally come with satellite TV, WiFi, and well-equipped kitchens with a stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and other kitchen appliances. There is also a utility room with a washing machine.
The terrace not only invites you to sunbathe on sun loungers but also to a cozy barbecue evening. Additionally, the terrace features a shell-shaped outdoor shower and a smaller seating area, which is especially suitable when looking for a shady spot.
The villa is located in a fantastic hillside position and is only 2 km from the beach, with larger beaches located in Moraira (10 minutes by car) or Calpe (20 minutes by car). The area has a lot to offer for sports enthusiasts: diving at Cumbre del Sol, swimming, sailing/motor boating (nearest port in Moraira), climbing—Costa Blanca has a variety of climbing areas including the Penon de Ifach (the symbol of Calpe), hiking, and many more.
Just a few minutes from the villa is the Pepe la sal supermarket, which also has a bakery with German baked goods such as rolls, bread, and Black Forest cherry cake, as well as a butcher.

Cumbre del Sol is located in the heart of the Costa Blanca in the municipality of Benitachell, between Javea and Moraira, in the northern part of the province of Alicante.

Super great holidays
The stay at Villa Heide was perfect!
Very tastefully furnished house - but not at all obtrusive!
It is ideally furnished, we had hardly seen anything like it before, everything was really there!
The area is very quiet, view of the sea fantastic, very sunny and the surroundings incl. pool very well maintained.
The service on site - really great. We felt very full from the first minute. If something was missing or defective, it was taken care of within a few hours. The house, the pool and the surroundings were very clean. A big thumbs up to you Lena and Tobias - that's how you want your holidays to be.
We can wholeheartedly recommend the holiday home and the kind care! We will definitely come back again.
