ROYAL 5 Mutlu is directly on the beach, private beach access, sunbeds and the umbrellas at the pool are free of charge. The resort of Avsallar is 24 km from Alanya and 110 km from Antalya. The fine sandy beach is approx
5 km long. The newly developed areas around Avsallar still show many investment possibilities.
