We were with 5 adults for 14 days in this beautiful villa. The villa is very clean, the pool is great. The decor is very cozy. Everything you need is available. If you are good on foot, you can walk to Avsallar, it is a bit hilly, we rented a tuktuk. The tranquility was heavenly. We will definitely come back again.

Very beautiful and quiet complex

Now that we have been home for almost four weeks, I must slowly give my evaluation
It is a very nice flat, quiet and clean. The beach is only a few metres away. If you need anything, the landlord is there immediately
There are very good shopping facilities, all within walking distance.
I would especially like to mention the restaurant Delphin, where you can eat very well and cheaply, highly recommended
We will definitely come back again

Very quiet and familiar

I stayed in this flat at the end of October 2013. I liked it very much. If you wish, you can get a 19-litre water container for drinking and cooking delivered for €2.
The German TV programmes were very extensive. The fridge is very large and there is hot water for showering in the bathroom via an instantaneous water heater in the absence of solar energy. So hot water was always available.
Wishes and complaints were responded to immediately and remedial action taken.
There are enough supermarkets within 200-300 metres.
The owner's restaurant Delfi, about 500 m away, is also highly recommended. Very cosy and also German-speaking. The food was very good and plentiful.
I always felt safe and comfortable there alone. I will gladly come back.
