Our holiday home is located in the Cuxland holiday park in Dorum-Neufeld between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven.
From now on we can offer you the flex booking.

The holiday home is situated in a quiet location, directly on the waterfront, and offers you an unobstructed view of the greenery and the sea dyke.
In our holiday home (approx. 68 sqm), a total of 4 people (plus a small child) can spend relaxing holidays, forget the stress of everyday life and recharge their batteries.
As our holiday home is allergy-friendly, animals (dogs) cannot be accommodated. The holiday home is non-smoking.
In the basement you will find the living and dining area with wood-burning stove and gas heating. On the 40`` flat screen you can enjoy SKY Bundesliga, SKY Disney, SKY feature films and cable TV, which is switched for you free of charge. The furnishings are completed by a Blue Ray player, stereo system, games and book collection. Wi-Fi and telephone calls to landlines are also free of charge for our guests!
In the basement you will also find our kitchenette with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, blender, microwave, cooker with oven, extractor bonnet, refrigerator with *** compartment and dishwasher.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, magnifying mirror and sufficient storage space.
There are 2 bedrooms in the attic. The master bedroom has a double bed, the children's bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have insect screens and blackout blinds to ensure optimal, undisturbed sleep. An extra WC with hand basin is also located in the attic.
From the living room you can reach our south-facing terrace, which is protected from view, for carefree relaxation. Up-to-date garden furniture, 3 sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue are of course available.
In the separate storage room you will find a hoover, iron, ironing board and clothes horse.
To ensure that even the little ones feel at home with us, the holiday home has a children's travel cot, children's high chair, sockets with child safety locks, children's step in the bathroom. A play carpet, games, books, DVDs and audio books for different age groups are also in the house, so that even on rainy days there is no chance of boredom. For carefree holidays, we keep sand toys etc. ready.

Here you will find a Wadden Sea National Park House and the Obereversand lighthouse, the landmark of Dorum Neufeld with its lighthouse meadow. Here you can try out and exercise on various fitness equipment, especially in spring and summer, or relax on swivel loungers with a direct view of the southern North Sea and inhale the healthy North Sea air
Fun and action for many hours is guaranteed at the Watt'n'Bad, a great wave pool with children's pool and slides, or slow down in the Brodel Bay with a view of the sea. From Watt'n'Bad you have direct access to the green beach. In the low season, the indoor pool offers pure relaxation.
Mudflat walks and bird-watching tours, music events, cycling tours and regular flea markets at the cutter harbour round off your holiday at the southern North Sea
You will also find shopping facilities on site, as well as a bakery, ice cream parlour and restaurants
From our holiday home, you can reach all of this in just a few minutes on foot, so you can safely leave your car behind during your holiday :-)
