For bookings of 7 nights or more in the period from 15.05.2026 - 15.09.2026, our guests receive the 7-day ticket for the Dorum Neufeld leisure area included in the price. With this, you receive free admission from us to the leisure area and leisure pool "Watt n Bad".
You have the choice: You do not want the free admission! You want to explore the Cuxland? Then we will deduct the amount of €60 for up to 2 people. From 3 persons, €90 discount.
From 16.09, the entrance fee to the leisure area is no longer required.

The holiday home is quietly located, directly by the Wasserlöse, and offers you an unobstructed view of greenery and the sea dike.
In our holiday home (approx. 68 sqm) a total of 4 people (plus one small child) can spend relaxing vacation days, forget the stress of everyday life, and recharge their energy. Since our holiday home is allergy-friendly, animals (dogs) cannot be accommodated. The holiday home is a non-smoking house.
On the lower floor are the living and dining areas with a wood-burning stove and gas heating. The furnishings are completed by a Blu-ray player, stereo system, games and book collection. Wi-Fi and calls to landlines are also free of charge for our guests! In the basement you will also find our kitchenette with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, blender, microwave, stove with oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with *** compartment, and dishwasher.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, and ample storage space.
On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, the children's room has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with insect screens and blackout blinds to ensure optimal, undisturbed sleep. An extra toilet with a hand basin is also located in the attic.
From the living room you can access our secluded south-facing terrace for carefree relaxation. Modern garden furniture, 3 sun loungers, and a charcoal grill are of course available.
In the separate storage room you will find a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, and drying rack. So that even the little ones feel comfortable with us, the holiday home has a travel cot for children, a high chair, sockets with child safety, and a children's step stool in the bathroom. Play mat, games, books, DVDs, and audiobooks for various age groups are also available in the house, so that there is no boredom even on rainy days. For carefree holidays, we also provide sand toys, etc. Check-in on the day of arrival 16:00, check-out on the day of departure 10:00
The price of the guest cards is not included in the rental price.
Dorum-Neufeld charges a guest fee of €3.40 per day, per person from 18 years old
Children from 3 years pay €1.80 per day.

Here you will find a Wadden Sea National Park House and the Obereversand lighthouse, the landmark of Dorum Neufeld with its lighthouse meadow. Here you can try out and exercise on various fitness equipment, especially in spring and summer, or relax on swivel loungers with a direct view of the southern North Sea and inhale the healthy North Sea air
Fun and action for many hours is guaranteed at the Watt'n'Bad, a great wave pool with children's pool and slides, or slow down in the Brodel Bay with a view of the sea. From Watt'n'Bad you have direct access to the green beach. In the low season, the indoor pool offers pure relaxation.
Mudflat walks and bird-watching tours, music events, cycling tours and regular flea markets at the cutter harbour round off your holiday at the southern North Sea
You will also find shopping facilities on site, as well as a bakery, ice cream parlour and restaurants
From our holiday home, you can reach all of this in just a few minutes on foot, so you can safely leave your car behind during your holiday :-)
