Description
A holiday home for all sailors, pirates and landlubbers who are not averse to the beautiful North Sea coast and like to be blown about by the fresh breeze. Our comfort holiday home, which was completed in March 2017 and furnished with love, is located in a holiday park of Cuxland GmbH in Dorum-Neufeld (between Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven). The holiday home offers the ideal mix of night-time peace and quiet and is only a short distance from the green beach and the entertainment facilities at the harbour or "achtern Dieck". The healthy and fresh North Sea air invites you to relax. An oasis of well-being has been created on two floors, where up to 5 people can leave everyday life behind. After a long day of impressions of the beautiful Wurster North Sea coast, you can relax in the cosy dining area with open kitchen. You can also share your experiences with your friends free of charge via the internet or the telephone. If you like to cook, this will be a breeze in our fully equipped kitchen. In the cold season, there is a fireplace in the house for cosy hours. There is a sauna barrel right next to the house
The holiday home has two separate bedrooms and an additional WC on the upper floor. A folding guest bed allows up to 5 adults to stay in the holiday home. We have also thought of the smallest family members; a baby cot and a high chair are also available. Please note: at the moment, more holiday homes are gradually being built in the vicinity, which may lead to partial disturbance of the peace and quiet or to construction noise
The beds in the master bedroom are extra high, so that getting in and out is easier. An additional TV set located there allows a relaxed choice of programme in case of "Schietwedder".
A washing machine and a charcoal grill are also available. There is a children's playground directly behind the holiday home, which is easily visible from our house terrace
The terrace door as well as all windows of the bedrooms are equipped with insect screens, the bedrooms also have darkening blinds.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the team of the beach office s Brogsitter in Dorum, Alsumer Str. 1. There you will receive the keys to the house as well as your spa cards. You are the sole occupant of the house, so you do not have to put up with any disturbing noises from next-door neighbours, subtenants or supertenants. Smoking is not allowed in the house. You don't have to leave your little darling at home, the dog beach nearby invites you to roam around ..
The beach and the cutter harbour are only 900 m away, a pleasant walk through the holiday park ..
We attach great importance to high-quality and comfortable furnishings, so we ask you to treat the house and its interior with care, so that all holidaymakers can feel at home in it for a long time to come.
Since the end of 2017, a barrel sauna has been available for you directly at the house.

In summer, the beautiful "Watt'n-Bad" on the dyke with its wellness bath awaits guests, almost all year round feet feel good during walks in the world-famous Wadden Sea National Park, in the harbour you can get fresh crabs directly from the cutter. The green beach with its beach chairs invites you to sunbathe and the old lighthouse "Obereversand" keeps an eye on everything.
Cyclists will be pleased with the many well-maintained cycle paths. There is also a Lower Saxony Dike Museum, the new National Park House and, for the younger ones, the children's playhouse. A large adventure playground makes children's hearts beat faster.

A request to dog owners: Please bring your own blanket or dog basket as well as your own water and food bowls for your four-legged family member! We do not have anything like this in stock at the house! Thank you very much.
The additional costs for heating/electricity and water are included in the rent. This gives you planning security and transparency with regard to ancillary costs. The price also includes a telephone connection with landline flat rate and WLAN via fibre optic technology.
Per week's stay, there is an additional charge of EUR 35 for the use of the sauna.
During school holidays, bookings are only possible on a weekly basis, with arrival and departure days on Saturdays.

A great holiday home where nothing was missing.
We were now in August 2023 in this great holiday house. Everything is thought of, from kitchen utensils, sofa blankets, board games to the fly swatter, which we didn't need, as sliding fly screens are installed on the windows. Great area, nice people and our two dogs were welcome everywhere. We will gladly come back next year. The Schmidt Family from Thuringia.

It was a beautiful house!

Wunderschöne Tage
Urlaub + Nordsee + Hund = Haus Antje.
Was soll man sagen, sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Moderne Ausstattung, still voll eingerichtet. Was will man mehr. Vollausgestatte Küche läd zum Kochen ein.
Betten sind sehr bequem und es war sauber.
Alles in einem, wir kommen wieder.

Erholsame Urlaubstage in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus
Wir waren schon sehr oft in Dorum-Neufeld, aber dieses Ferienhaus ist eines der schönsten, die wir je dort hatten. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Perfekter Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
Das Ferienhaus Antje ist ein stilvolles und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes kleines Häuschen.
Wir haben dort ein Wochenende verbracht, waren total begeistert und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
Das Häuschen bietet viel Raum zum Wohlfühlen und entspannen. Besonders schön fanden wir die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Stube, die schöne breite Dusche im Erdgeschoss und die schlichgehaltene, liebevolle Deko.
Zwar lädt das kleine Häuschen sehr wohl dazu ein, den ganzen Tag drin zu bleiben oder die Sonnenstrahlen auf der Terrasse zu genießen, jedoch erreicht man den Strand und den Kutterhaven in wenigen Minuten.
Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!
