Welcome to our lovingly furnished, maritime holiday home.
The holiday home is 63 sqm large and offers space for up to 4 people with two bedrooms.
Layout:
On the ground floor you will find a cosy living-dining room with a fully equipped, open kitchen with dishwasher and oven, a shower room with WC, washing machine and hairdryer as well as one of two storage rooms. The second storage room can be reached from the outside via the terrace.
The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and flat screen TV. The children's bedroom has two separate beds
For smaller children, there is a separate cot in the master bedroom.
Garden furniture and a barbecue are available for use of the terrace during the summer months.

In our holiday home you have a free fibre-optic internet connection with 50 Mbit/s and WLAN at your disposal. This means high-speed internet surfing, free calls to landlines and all mobile networks. And all this at no extra cost to you!
For film and football fans, "Sky" is available in our holiday home.
40 inch TV in the living room and another TV in the parents' bedroom.
For the little ones: cot, high chair, stair guard, socket protectors.

A built-in safe is available. Our house is a non-smoking house, pets are not allowed. We ask for your understanding.
Our holiday home is located approx. 300 m behind the dyke. It is only a few metres to the green beach (grassy beach). In summer there are beach chairs available. Shopping facilities for daily needs are available on site during the main months, otherwise in nearby Dorum (e.g. Aldi, Lidl, Edeka).
The holiday home is certified with 3 stars by the German Tourism Association and stands on a 414 square metre plot within the Cuxland Ferienpark. A reserved parking space (only a few metres from the property) on the grounds of the park is available free of charge, and there are also designated parking spaces for visitors. One of the many playgrounds, is located opposite our house.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home Diemel is located on the German North Sea coast in Dorum-Neufeld, about 300 metres behind the dyke, between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven. It is 21 km to Bremerhaven and 19 km to Cuxhaven. The holiday home is located in a quiet holiday home settlement in the Cuxland holiday park.
Everything in Dorum-Neufeld is within walking distance. There is a small EDEKA grocery shop and various bakers in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home. Various pubs with different food offers have something for everyone. In the high season, there are numerous stalls at the cutter harbour with e.g. fish rolls, pizza, ice cream, crepes.
The green bathing beach with beach chairs, which directly adjoins the "Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park" and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offers bathing fun in summer. All year round, you can take a wonderful walk here, watch migratory birds and let the North Sea air blow around your nose.
The Watt'n Bad in Dorum-Neufeld offers daily bathing fun and much more, regardless of the tide. Whether relaxing in the Brodelbucht with a view of the sea, wave pool or barrel sauna (not free of charge). The outdoor area is free of charge in the high season in conjunction with a valid spa card.
The indoor area offers swimming all year round. In the low season, the Watt'n Bad is discounted in conjunction with a valid spa card.
Right next to Watt'n Bad is the National Park House with various aquariums, where those interested in nature can find out about the Wadden Sea National Park free of charge. Guided mudflat walks are also offered here.
For children of all ages, there is the large children's playhouse at the harbour. The friendly educators always provide a varied programme with lots of activities to take part in.
You will also find a bicycle rental service on site.
The surrounding area offers good conditions for windsurfing and kitesurfing.
You can easily reach the island of Helgoland by boat from Bremerhaven or Cuxhaven.
Arrival by car:
Take the A27 motorway in the direction of Cuxhaven.
Take exit 4 (Neuenwalde / Dorum) and then turn right towards Dorum.
In Dorum, turn right in the centre of the village and then shortly afterwards turn left in the direction of Dorum-Neufeld / Strand.
After approx. 6 km you have reached your destination.

During the summer and autumn holidays, it is usually only possible to book weekly from Saturday to Saturday. The day of arrival is Saturday (exceptions possible). |

Very beautiful holiday home
We were at the North Sea for the first time this year and were not disappointed. Very nice clean holiday home. The furnishings were just top notch. There was a lot of equipment in the kitchen. Our conclusion: we will definitely come back.

Short vacation
We spent a few nice days with our grandchild.
The house has everything that is needed and is tastefully furnished. Very clean and well-maintained.
