Beautiful apartment in a quiet location with parking and breathtaking views!
To bright, tastefully furnished apartment a private outdoor terrace belongs with seating, parasol, sunbeds and stunning panoramic views of the lake, the Borromean Islands and the historic "Villa Branca" and the "Castello del Acqua".
The apartment is on the 1st floor and is easily accessible by elevator or by a large staircase. For parks and seafront apartment is at ground level.
You enter the apartment into a small hallway with antique bench and a unloading shelf.
The bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and a large sink is next to the entrance of the apartment.
The cozy double bedroom with large mirror cabinet is especially great because you wake up in the morning with the unique view of the park down to the lake!
Both practical and fitted in a small space is the kitchen, which can be refined during the day hidden behind a sliding door.
The open living area is spacious and with taste.
It has a comfortable sofa bed, armchair, TV, stereo, a desk and a covered veranda with dining and an exclusive panoramic views.
Even if it can it rains here, "such as outdoors," a meal, a glass of wine or just enjoy the view.

"Vista Castello" is located just 300 meters from the magnificent lakeside promenade and the ship berth away.
Many destinations can easily be reached by boat.
The train station of Baveno is located just 800 meters ... and by train you are in about an hour in the heart of Milan.
BAVENO (about 5000 inhabitants) is a very popular resort and is situated opposite the Borromean Islands.
The town has beautiful villas from the such as "Villa Branca", which is the historic visible just a few meters from the apartment.
The dock for boat connections can be reached wonderful to walk across the promenade. There are many nice cafes, bars, shops and restaurants.
Baveno is located between the famous resort STRESA (4km) and the picturesque bay of FERIOLO (3km away).
The beautiful village of Feriolo was once fishing and Steinhauer village and has a beautiful sandy beach for swimming.
Numerous hiking trails that lead to the famous hiking area below the "Mattarone" start directly above the apartment.
A trip to the picturesque "Orta San Giulio" on Lake Orta or the LAGO DI MERGOZZO (insider tip) is highly recommended!

Completely satisfied, would love to do it again!
Very pleasant contact, takeover and handover were excellent. Ideal location for excursions even without a car, the center and boat dock are reachable within a maximum of 10 minutes on foot, the return trip uphill is a bit longer. Many worthwhile excursion destinations in the nearby area. Apartment in a quiet house, good equipment and size for 2 adults, stylishly and cozy furnished. The conservatory allows for "sitting as if outdoors" in any weather: simply ideal. And the most important thing: the breathtaking view - no matter what time of day or night!

Great view of Lake Maggiore
The holiday flat is very quiet and situated on a slope and has a great view of Lake Maggiore from the terrace and the dining area. It is very well maintained and clean, well equipped with a large wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen with enough dishes and dishwasher
However, the footpath to the shore and to the village is quite steep. In the village there is a bakery, shopping facilities and restaurants.
You can do a lot by boat or by car
The only problem was a lot of mosquitoes.
The landlords are very nice and communication was very smooth.
We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the flat.

Fantastic view, good place to live
Lovely lake view from this apartment. The location is excellent, the overall space is limited but fine for 2 people. Not modern, but very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Fantastic lake view
Beautifully decorated and very well-maintained holiday apartment with a fantastic view of the lake and Isola Madre from the terrace and the beautifully landscaped garden. The landlady is very nice, and the organization was very straightforward. Baveno with the boat pier and restaurants can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Definitely recommendable!
