This beautiful and generously furnished villa is in a fantastic location directly on the white sandy beach and turquoise sea of "Baia di Nora" with a wonderful view from the upper terrace of the sea and the bay of "Baia di Nora". The rooms are divided on 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate 8 people.

Ground floor: 1 bedroom with double beds - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - 1 bathroom with tub / shower / bidet / toilet - 1 washing machine is available. From the lower floor you have access to the garden area with terrace and covered dining area. Here you even have an outdoor kitchen at your disposal so that you can prepare your meals directly in the open air to enjoy Mediterranean summer evenings under fragrant pine trees.

1st floor: 1 large living room with dining area, fireplace with relaxation zone and access to the terrace with a wonderful sea view - 1 separate kitchen equipped with dishwasher - 1 bedroom with double beds - 1 bedroom with two single beds - 2 bathrooms with tub / bidet / toilet.

Equipment: TV-SAT system - WIFI internet - air conditioning in the hallway and one bedroom - dishwasher - kettle - microwave - coffee maker - toaster - hair dryer - washing machine - terrace with barbecue facilities - garden furniture - parasols for the beach - outdoor shower - private parking space.

The idyllic holiday resort PULA (approx. 6,000 inhabitants) with all kinds of shops and services, bars, pizzerias and recommended restaurants is only approx. 2 km away. Every evening tourist performances on the "PIAZZA" by PULA do not allow boredom to arise. Sports (golf - tennis - volleyball - riding) are offered in the entire area.
The archaeological excavations of the Roman city of NORA are also within walking distance.
The capital CAGLIARI with the airport is approx. 35 km away. Journey from OLBIA approx. 3 hours and from ALGHERO approx. 2.5 hours.
