The house impresses with its size, brightness, and coziness, with the spacious outdoor area and the charming shutters on both floors. 3 parking spaces available directly at the house. The beds are suitable for allergy sufferers. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove with ceramic cooktop, exhaust hood, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, as well as a spacious refrigerator with a large freezer compartment—ideal for bigger fish catches. The bathroom on the upper floor includes, in addition to a hairdryer, a large LED mirror, radio, an electric towel warmer, bathtub, and shower. The bathroom on the ground floor is also equipped with an LED mirror, radio, and a separate walk-in shower in the sauna area. The uniqueness is completed by the integrated annex, where outdoor utensils are stored, accessible from inside and via a separate side entrance door. A weatherproof table tennis table invites you to exercise at the house. Underfloor heating individually adjustable in all rooms and additionally a wood-burning stove. Washing machine available, lockable bicycle room available. Note: Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted for technical reasons.

Between the peninsulas of Jasmund and Wittow, in the north of Rügen, lies the former fishing village of Glowe. The Schaabe, starting in Glowe and stretching all the way to Juliusruh with its length of over 8 km, prevents beach congestion even on hot summer days. From the beach you can enjoy a dreamlike view of the lighthouse at Cape Arkona; the sunsets and walks along the beach promenade are impressive. The location of the cozy and quietly situated thatched house settlement at the outskirts of Glowe offers a perfect beach location, but is also a starting point for extensive walks and bike tours with the Bodden in the hinterland and Spyker Castle. It is only a few minutes’ walk to shopping facilities, restaurants (Ostseeperle directly on the dunes), cafés, fish smokehouses, bicycle rental (tip: bike tour along the Schaabe to the fishing village of Vitt on the bay of Cape Arkona), and the 2 km long beach promenade. The new harbor facility in Glowe offers moorings for sport boats, fishing (deep sea and Bodden), boat rental, but riding is also possible. Boat tours from the harbor in Breege, the famous chalk cliffs, the Wissower Klinken – unique painting by Caspar David Friedrich, Cape Arkona with its two lighthouses, a day trip to the car-free island of Hiddensee, a visit to the Hanseatic city of Stralsund with the Ozeaneum or a visit to the Dinosaur Land ensure that there is never any boredom even in bad weather. In the district of Bobbin is the oldest fieldstone church on Rügen. If you like it glamorous, the Baltic Sea resorts in Binz and Sellin with their unique architecture are worth seeing. For children, the narrow-gauge railway “Rasender Roland” is unforgettable. History enthusiasts will also get their money’s worth in Prora.
