The holiday flat has a large living/dining room (30 m², underfloor heating) furnished in modern country house style and equipped with all amenities for a relaxing stay.
In the living area you will find a cosy reading/television corner with a large couch, SAT-TV, radio/CD-player, internet access via WLAN and a small selection of books and novels, in the dining area a dining table for 6 people (extendable) and a fitted kitchen with hob, fridge with freezer compartment, oven and dishwasher.
Two separate bedrooms (20 m² each) with 2 double beds and one extra bed, a large wardrobe and a cot on request invite you to dream and relax
Furthermore, the flat has a bathroom with shower, bathtub, WC and underfloor heating. There is also a small guest toilet. The terrace (partly covered) with an unobstructed view over green meadows to the nearby Pfaffenstein and Königstein Fortress is accessible via a large balcony door and is equipped with garden furniture and deck chairs. A barbecue is of course also available.
A garage parking space is available for your car. Bicycles that you have brought with you can also be stored there.

The holiday flat "Hausrotschwanz" is one of 3 flats in our holiday home. All 3 flats can be reached separately and can be booked alone or together. There are 3 parking spaces for your car on the more than 1000 sqm large property. Furthermore, for each large flat (2 and 3) there is a parking space in our garage.
In all 3 holiday flats of the holiday home you can use the internet via W-LAN free of charge. Lovingly furnished in a modern country house style and equipped with all amenities for a relaxing stay, they offer the appropriate setting for your stay in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains.
For our little guests we have a high chair, a travel cot and children's bedding ready. There is a small, publicly accessible playground on the neighbouring property
From the large sun terrace of the holiday flat on the upper floor or from the covered balcony of the holiday flat in the attic you have a fantastic view over the green garden and the adjacent meadows to the Pfaffenstein, to the Königstein Fortress, to the Small and Large Bärensteinen. Barbecue facilities in the garden, sun loungers invite you to linger.

Dear Sir,
Compliments for this apartment! It is worth its price in the truest sense of the word, which cannot be said of all in this segment. High-quality equipment from kitchen, bathroom, beds to audio and television system. Everything clean and working perfectly. The information material is also up-to-date and therefore helpful. You can also tell that you value quality in the house. From the windows to the doors to the locks. The outdoor facilities included, including garage, grill, and furniture. And everything pico bello clean. We also liked the unsolicited towel change after one week. If you were responsible for the interior design yourself: compliments again! It is stylistically consistent. After many years of vacation rental experience, a compliment: the heating works wonderfully. We have had landlords who first explained to us what unfortunately does not work or what values need to be adhered to. Against this background, please do not understand the following suggestions as criticism, but rather as well-intentioned advice. A reading/standing lamp would be nice. As people who prefer to read rather than watch TV, this was the only thing we really missed. But since this happens to us occasionally, we are equipped accordingly anyway. For the kitchen, a few breakfast boards and a set of egg spoons might also be useful. But that's it. Overall: very good.

Best Vacation Rental
It is a very beautifully located vacation apartment with a magnificent view of the Pfaffenstein and the Königstein Fortress. We felt very comfortable in the cozy apartment. The accommodation provides a good starting point for hiking, walking, relaxing, and many excursions in the surrounding area.
We will gladly come back!!! The children are already looking forward!

Beautiful and very well-maintained holiday apartment, great location with a beautiful view of the greenery and the local mountain Pfaffenstein. We would love to come back to the beautiful Saxon Switzerland region again.

Pure relaxation in a modern holiday apartment.
The holiday apartment is modern and high-quality furnished, and the kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils. We felt very comfortable from the beginning of our stay and relaxed wonderfully. The surrounding area is simply fantastic for nature lovers, offering a rich variety of suitable hiking trails and places to stop for both experienced mountain climbers and more leisurely hikers.
