Description
In the living area you will find a cosy reading/television corner with couch, satellite TV, radio/CD player, internet access (WLAN) and a small selection of books and novels. Right next to it is the well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and toaster.
The sleeping area is visually separated and equipped with a double bed (180x200) and a large wardrobe. You can also watch TV from the bed, as the TV can be rotated.
In the bathroom you will find a WC, all-glass shower, washstand, hairdryer as well as towels, which can be warmed at the towel radiator. The towels are provided like the bed linen and also dish towels.
The flat has a ventilation system (with heat recovery) and thus always provides fresh air.
You have access to the garden and your terrace with a cosy sitting area by the flowering rock garden, where you can plan the next day in the evening sunshine with a glass of wine. Of course, there is also a barbecue available. If you are on holiday for a longer period of time, you can also use the washing machine and dryer in the holiday home at any time.

Our holiday home in the Königstein district of Pfaffendorf, is characterised by a central, quiet location, an impressive view and comfortable furnishings
The spacious garden property is located on a sunny plateau above Königstein and is situated in the second row on the outskirts of the village, directly on the access road to Pfaffenstein with an unobstructed view of the beautiful nature. In the house you will find 3 holiday flats for 2 and 2-5 persons, each of which can be reached separately via a central staircase.

For our little guests we have a high chair, a travel cot and children's bedding. On the neighbouring property there is a small, publicly accessible playground with a large, shady cherry tree and by the way the cherries taste very good!

Everything just fit perfectly. We had a super nice and really relaxing vacation. The apartment was completely sufficient for the two of us. Price/performance is ideal here. A warm thank you to the König family.

Ausgezeichnete Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns für einen Kurzurlaub die Ferienwohnung Gartenschläfer ausgesucht. Diese war der Homepage so wunderschön dargestellt und sie ist auch so. Wir wurden von Herrn König sehr nett begrüßt und in alles eingeweiht. In der liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack eingerichteten Wohnung haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Es fehlt an nichts und über die Sauberkeit brauch man kein Wort verlieren, einfach perfekt. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Alle Ausflugsziele in der Gegend sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Besonders schön muss es auch zu einer wärmeren Jahreszeit sein, was wir mit Sicherheit auch noch testen; natürlich in einer Ferienwohnung der Familie König.
Vielen Dank, Familie König, wir können Sie nur weiter empfehlen.

Everything is fine * * * *
We were allowed to spend 4 nights in the FeWo Gartenschläfer in August
The flat was very, very clean, beautiful, furnished with care and a lot of love for details. Nothing was missing. We travel a lot, but it is rare to find such well furnished apartments, and that is no empty phrase
"Unpack, put on the coffee and you are at home"
The house is very conveniently located. It is only a walk to the Pfaffensteinen, Königstein and the fortress are also within walking distance. A good starting point for excursions in Saxon Switzerland. A guesthouse at the foot of the Pfaffensteine is not far from the flat and can be reached in a few minutes
Good Wi-Fi connection and satellite TV round off the whole experience.
We will definitely recommend you.
