Beautiful vacation

Holiday home with a few special features
We were at the holiday home with the Brillowski family from August 19 to 21, 2026. The property is located in Pfaffendorf, quite at the foot of the Pfaffenstein, a good starting point for hikes.
Our first impression was that the holiday home is unfortunately very close to the private house and entrance of the landlords, almost 5m opposite. This does not come across in the photo in the advertisement!
We found the apartment to be clean, simply furnished with everything one needs. However, there is a point that has prompted us to immediately cancel our stay. It is explicitly advertised as a non-smoking property, but one must absolutely note that smoking occurs around the house and the windows, which can also be opened, let the smoke into the rooms! Thus, one can hardly find a truly non-smoking property anymore! The double bedroom goes directly into the adjacent shed extension, where the landlords' smoking area is located. In the kitchen, an attempt was also made to mask the smell of smoke with perfume and scented items. Unfortunately, we only noticed this on the evening of our arrival. For people who can cope with it, this might be acceptable. However, we experienced coughing and did not want to spend our vacation as passive smokers! So, after a conversation the next evening, we ended our stay there early. Furthermore, the parking situation is not easy, as one is only allowed to stand on the property itself for loading/unloading and otherwise has to make use of the few free tourist parking spaces on the street. Communication with the landlord was fine. However, we would have wished for more transparency in advance.

Sie müssten bei Ihren Anfragen nähere Details abfragen, damit sie entspannte Tage in Ihrem Urlaubsobjekt und Ihrem Urlaub haben.
Wie nehmen auch keine Tiere in unseren Objekten auf, damit die Frage der Allergien geklärt ist.
