THE REST OF THE TIME EVERYTHING WAS AT A STANDSTILL, AS IT IS NOW. NEVERTHELESS, OF COURSE, WE WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT WORK COULD THEORETICALLY BE RESUMED. (21.08.2022) FROM 15 MARCH TO 31 OCTOBER THERE WILL BE STRICT REST PERIODS FROM 13-15 HRS AND FROM 19-08 HRS. The building plot is on the side of the house entrance, the terrace and the garden are on the protected, sunny rear side of the residence

The "Ferienhaus Residenz" is a high-quality and tastefully furnished semi-detached house. The furnished sun terrace with beach chair, the sauna and the whirlpool invite you to spend your holiday! Pure holiday - in Hooksiel. The holiday home invites you to feel good with its high-quality furnishings. (Dog lovers*, allergy sufferers** and people looking for something suitable for the disabled*** are also catered for here)
Enjoy the very high-quality furnishings and the sun-flooded living-dining area on the ground floor of the house. Create unforgettable memories of the most beautiful holiday evenings in the stylish living area. The six-seater red corner couch and the cosy burning fireplace create the best basis for this. At the 2-metre-long dining table, all holidaymakers have enough space to dine, play and chatter. And in the fully equipped kitchen, passionate cooks will find everything they need: dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine (filter coffee), toaster, kettle, 2 fridges - one of them with a freezer compartment, sufficient crockery, children's dishes, a Frisian tea warmer...
In total there are 3 lovely bedrooms with box-spring beds and TV which offer enough space to fully relax. On the first floor of the house there is a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and TV. A baby travel cot can also be placed here if required. Also on the first floor is the second bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200cm) and TV. The third bedroom is on the ground floor of the house and is also equipped with a double bed and TV. There is also the possibility to put up a travel cot. This bedroom is particularly suitable for those who find it difficult to climb stairs
In addition, there are two beautiful bathrooms at your disposal. The main bathroom with sauna (coin-operated) and whirlpool is on the ground floor. The second bathroom with shower is on the ground floor. With a 1-metre wide door, it offers everyone enough freedom of movement.
From the living room you enter the sun terrace, where you can relax wonderfully in the summer months with a beach chair and teak furniture.
Usable communal facilities
a) A large, lockable bicycle room with charging station for e-bikes.
b) A separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Both machines work with coin-operated machines (3€ each)
c) A large car park with 2 parking spaces available for you
*In principle, we always welcome dogs by arrangement! However, we ask for your understanding that we do not accept puppies & young dogs under one year of age. Together with our valued cleaners, we have also made the compromise of no longer accepting dog breeds that were often particularly difficult to clean. These include, for example, Leonbergers and Bernese Mountain Dogs. We ask for your understanding that we want to keep our word in this regard. Therefore, please inform us of the age and breed of the dog when making your enquiry
We also ask you to ensure that your departure is swept clean and, if necessary, to sweep, vacuum or mop before departure.
**We attach great importance to the avoidance of dust and dirt traps when furnishing all domiciles.
You will not find dusty and stained fabric sofas, beds and carpets with us! All floors are wipe-clean, all furniture is made of wood, glass or covered with leather and therefore easy to clean, and all mattresses are covered with wipe-clean slipcovers.
***The ground floor of the house is barrier-free - the living room, the open kitchen, the bathroom and the master bedroom with double bed on the ground floor are easily accessible with a wheelchair or rollator. However, there are no grab rails or similar. Please contact us directly if required!

Holiday atmosphere at "Seepark Hoosksiel
Our "Seepark Hooksiel" is a spacious property on which several holiday homes stand together. The houses are surrounded by a unique holiday atmosphere and spacious, communal green areas. The property is largely surrounded by fences, Frisian walls and hedges that create privacy. You will not find a disturbing road or public footpaths along the house! The property has a communal car park with 2 parking spaces and a short walk to your holiday home. Close the car door and enjoy your holiday!

The old dike of Hooksiel is only a few steps away. From there, many beautiful cycle paths lead through the recreational area 'Hooksmeer' to the beach. On your way you will pass several boat harbours, a sailing school, the pedal boat rental, tennis courts, the horse racing track, the surfing bays and the water ski lift with restaurant. You can also walk along the top of the old dike directly to the North Sea. In the opposite direction, the dike leads you directly to the old harbour and thus right into the centre of Hooksiel.

Immer wieder gerne
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, die Ausstattung top und hochwertig und vor allem sauber. Insbesondere für Familien mit Kindern zu empfehlen, da direkt an die Terrasse eine große Wiese angrenzt. Wir kommen in jedem Falle wieder!

Schöner Familienurlaub
Wir waren das 2. Mal in diesem Feriendomizil und kommen auch nochmal wieder. Leider fehlten beim 2. Aufenthalt teilweise die Insektenschutzgitter, was für Allergiker eher schlecht ist. Das Reinigungspersonal sollte genauer unter die Möbel gucken, ansonsten war alles tiptop und die Häuser sind wirklich schön und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man für das tägliche Leben so braucht. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder.

Vielen Dank
Wir waren in diesem Jahr Ende September bis Anfang Oktober bei Familie Schake im Haus Residenz.
Bei unserer Buchung dachten wir, von der Beschreibung und den Bildern her müsste es ja echt Klasse sein. Aber immer mal abwarten was die Wirklichkeit bringt!
Nun waren wir dort und alles was wir nur irgendwie erhofft hatten, ging in Erfüllung. Das Haus hat in allen Belangen unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, die Lage könnte kaum besser sein und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war richtig gut!
Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!

Nothing to complain about!
In contrast to the previous evaluators, we would like to use the option to point out the points that we did not like about the "Residence"...

In a moment we'll have it...
Mhm...
There must be something...
Even if there was a point of criticism, the five of us couldn't find it. No one in the whole family had anything to complain about - fantastic.
We all spent a great holiday in Hooksiel on the occasion of my mother's 75th birthday and will gladly come again!

- Die ruhige Lage - perfekt zum Entspannen

Tolles Feriendomizil!
Dieses Haus hat einen hohen Wohlfühlfaktor und ein fantastisches Ambiente. Dazu ist das Haus so groß, dass wir uns mit unseren 4 Enkelkindern absolut entspannt haben. Das Wetter ließ leider zu wünschen übrig - die Sauna hat uns total entschädigt. Tolle Lage mit Blick auf den Deich. Wenn wir gesund bleiben, sind wir im nächsten Jahr wieder da!

Elegant house, super well maintained, great equipment!
We felt very comfortable in the holiday home. The house is exceptionally chicly furnished. It is very generously divided and offers enough space for everyone.
We didn't miss anything about the equipment in the house, all the comforts are there
But the bathroom on the first floor is the highlight!
We can only recommend the house and will be happy to come back!
