**note: a construction is planned on the large meadow in the direction of the oak. WITHIN THE LAST 15 MONTHS, WORK HAS TAKEN PLACE THERE IN APPROX. 3-4 WEEKS WORK TOOK PLACE. THE REST OF THE TIME EVERYTHING WAS AT A STANDSTILL, AS IT IS NOW. NEVERTHELESS, OF COURSE, WE WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT WORK COULD THEORETICALLY BE RESUMED. (21.08.2022) FROM 15 MARCH TO 31 OCTOBER THERE WILL BE STRICT REST PERIODS FROM 13-15 HRS AND FROM 19-08 HRS. The building plot is in the direction of the house entrance, the terrace and the garden are on the protected, sunny rear side of the house!
Welcome to our spacious holiday home "Seepark Haus 1"!
With its high-quality furnishings, it invites you to feel at home. (Dog lovers* and allergy sufferers** are also catered for here)
Enjoy the fresh North Sea air to the full on the sun terrace with beach chair, which is furnished in the summer months. The spacious and inviting living room offers space for the whole family to be together. The kitchen of the house is well equipped and offers everything you need. This includes: dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine (filter coffee), toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, sufficient crockery, children's dishes..
In total, there are 3 lovely bedrooms with box spring beds on the 1st floor of the house which offer enough space to fully relax. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and Tv. A baby travel cot can also be placed here if required. There is also a bedroom with 2 single beds and a single bedroom. On the ground floor as well as on the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower
Usable communal facilities
a) A large, lockable bicycle room with charging station for e-bikes.
b) A separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Both machines work with coin-operated machines (3€ each)
c) A large car park with 2 parking spaces at your disposal
*In principle, we always welcome dogs by arrangement! However, we ask for your understanding that we do not accept puppies & young dogs under one year of age. Together with our valued cleaners, we have also made the compromise of no longer accepting dog breeds that were often particularly difficult to clean. These include, for example, Leonbergers and Bernese Mountain Dogs. We ask for your understanding that we want to keep our word in this regard. Therefore, please inform us of the age and breed of the dog when making your enquiry. We also ask you to ensure that your departure is swept clean and, if necessary, to sweep, vacuum or mop before departure.
**We attach great importance to the avoidance of dust and dirt traps when furnishing all domiciles.
You will not find dusty and stained fabric sofas, beds and carpets with us! All floors are wipeable, all furniture is made of wood, glass or covered with leather and therefore easy to clean, and all mattresses are covered with wipeable slipcovers.

Holiday atmosphere at "Seepark Hoosksiel
Our "Seepark Hooksiel" is a spacious property on which several holiday homes stand together. The houses are surrounded by a unique holiday atmosphere and spacious, communal green areas. The property is largely surrounded by fences, Frisian walls and hedges that create privacy. You will not find a disturbing road or public footpaths along the house! The property has a communal car park with 2 parking spaces and a short walk to your holiday home. Close the car door and enjoy your holiday!

The surroundings
The old dike of Hooksiel is only a few steps away. From there, many beautiful cycle paths lead through the recreational area 'Hooksmeer' to the beach. On your way you will pass several boat harbours, a sailing school, the pedal boat rental, tennis courts, the horse racing track, the surfing bays and the water ski lift with restaurant. You can also walk along the top of the old dike directly to the North Sea. In the opposite direction, the dike leads you directly to the old harbour and thus right into the centre of Hooksiel.

Tolles Haus und tolle Umgebung
Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und sehr großzügig geschnitten. Es ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend... leider hat ein persönlicher Kontakt coronabedingt nicht stattgefunden ?. Dafür waren die Emails umso herzlicher ❤.
Vom Haus aus kann man tolle Touren zu Fuss, mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Auto machen... die Gegend ist einfach nur traumhaft.
Das einzige was zu beachten ist, wenn man Urlaub mit Hund macht, dass das Grundstück nicht umzäunt und die Terasse offen ist.

Wie Sie schon angesprochen haben vermisse auch ich den persönlichen Kontakt. Ich freue mich aber, dass das freundliche Lächeln auch durch die Zeilen angekommen ist und ich unseren Gästen dank der kontaktlosen Schlüsselübergaben zumindest etwas mehr Flexibilität bei den Anreisen verschaffen kann! Very nice holiday with 4 adults and 1 dog
After a long search for a holiday home, we found the house Seepark 1 in Hooksiel. The landlord does not rent the house on a short-term basis, which was very good for us, as there was a holiday in between and the houses everywhere could only be rented for a few days (during our holiday period)
The house is located directly at the indoor swimming pool, which was closed because of Corona, and at the dike to the sailing harbour. Great for going for a walk, especially in the evening. The location of the house was perfect for us. You can eat just around the corner and you can get bread rolls in 2 minutes. Shopping by car in 3 minutes.
The house was super clean and equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is very nicely furnished with a large flat screen TV. Only with the W-Lan it was not like you are used to at home, but you are on holiday and can also just check your mails.
Downstairs: Hall with wardrobe, guest toilet with shower, living-dining room-kitchen, small storage room, 1st floor: shower with toilet, one single room, one room with two separate beds and one double room with TV. All rooms are furnished with wardrobes, which in our experience is not always the standard. In the garden there are comfortable chairs and a large table. Each house even has its own beach chair. For a small fee, you can wash and dry your clothes in a separate room. There is a locked storage room for bicycles with a socket for electric bikes. We extended for one more day, which also went without problems and contact.
The contact on site is contactless, you get a code for a key safe. Everything else could be done easily via mobile phone or by mail. Three of us were vaccinated twice, I was only vaccinated once, so the test results were sent by e-mail every 3 days, everything went without a hitch
So we had a super relaxing holiday at Haus Seepark 1, especially because of and with the pandemic. It was not our last holiday there, we will be back again!

Eine Perle an der Nordsee
In dem optisch schön eingerichteten Ferienhaus fehlte es uns an nichts.Unsere Kinder waren total begeistert von dem großzügigen Garten in der Anlage! Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, dass wir bei der modernen Schließanlage gar keinen Schlüssel brauchten. Die frische Nordseeluft fehlt uns allen schon jetzt!

Beautiful harmonious holiday home
We liked the house very much. The furniture conjures up a coherent appearance and was not thrown together out of noisy individual parts. We were particularly impressed by the open plan layout. Especially because of the openness of the country kitchen, we could enjoy our time together wonderfully. Once around the corner, there is also a sunbathing lawn that can be used - we can only recommend it.

Fantastic base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. This is the first cottage we have stayed in that we felt completely at home. It was very clean and we really liked the stylish furnishings. There were five of us in this beautiful house in Hooksiel and we can recommend it at any time.
