The living area consists of a living room with dining area and a bright kitchen. The entire flat is equipped with the same floor tiles
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A microwave and sufficient crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and glasses are available.
In the living area there is a functional sofa, armchairs and stools as well as a dining area with chairs
Entertainment electronics include a satellite TV and a Play Station 4.
Directly in front of the living area is the south-west facing balcony equipped with garden furniture.
Both bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds are equipped with a SAT-TV
The beds are made up on arrival. Cot and high chair are available.
In the bathroom with WC and hand basin, the shower is at ground level and there is underfloor heating and a towel dryer. Make-up mirror and hairdryer as well as one shower towel and two towels per person are available
All rooms are equipped with electric external blinds.

Bicycles can be stored in the lockable storage shed. A power socket is available there for e-bikes.

The "Ferienwohnung Züchner" is located in the holiday home at the harbour in Tunnelstraße 12 in Norddeich. Directly opposite the house is the Hotel Fährhaus. Here you have the possibility to have a breakfast buffet or to spend a wellness day in the hotel against prior booking and fee.

Relaxing summer vacation
We were able to spend a week in this great holiday apartment. Upon arrival, the beds were already made. On the kitchen table were a bottle of sparkling wine, mineral water, and a tin of cookies, which we were very happy about. The apartment is well equipped and clean. Dish towels, cloths, etc. were provided. The apartment has a parking space right in front of the house. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away, so the location is excellent. Shops, bakeries, and restaurants are nearby. The contact with the landlady was really nice, including tips for leisure activities. We can recommend the apartment without hesitation and restrictions. Thank you for the lovely holiday. We would love to come back!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
We were there with 3 adults and we really liked it. The apartment is well-maintained and offers enough space for 4 people. The equipment is great and everything you need is available. The location is very central and all shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The contact with the landlord was very friendly and uncomplicated. We will gladly come back.

Beautiful apartment in a great location - would come back anytime
Beautiful and superbly located apartment directly near the dike. Bakeries and restaurants are reachable within a 5-minute walk.
The apartment is in very good and clean condition with great facilities. Upon arrival, the beds were made, and there were 2 towels and a bath towel for each person. As a welcome gesture, there was a bottle of sparkling wine and a pack of Celebrations ;)
The service provided by the apartment manager was also excellent.
We (2 adults, one 3-year-old) stayed in this apartment for the first time and would come back anytime.
