Come and stay with us, feel at home and enjoy your holiday by the sea in the North Sea spa of Horumersiel
Walking on the dyke and to / on the beach ... enjoying the sun, taking time to read and play together ... our house with terrace and garden is ideal for a cosy family holiday by the sea. Our house is a non-smoking house, i.e. smoking only outside the house and pets (even small ones) are not allowed.
*: Haus Lindner has sleeping accommodation as follows: a children's bedroom with bunk beds, a parents' bedroom with two single beds and a double bed in the annex with 2nd bathroom with shower. Indicated price for 3 persons, for each additional (adult) person we charge 10 € extra per day.
The house also has a gallery on one side, accessible by ladder, which is especially popular with children. This gives the dining and living room a clear height that you would otherwise only find in an old building - pleasantly free. The ground floor of the main house consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a dining area, a kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and hatch, and a bathroom with shower,
In the annex, which can be reached via the terrace, there is another bedroom with a double bed and a second bathroom with shower and washing machine. The shed next to it offers space or contains bicycles, deck chairs, garden tools and toys
Our house is equipped with plenty of crockery / cutlery, books and games not only for children as well as TV/SAT/DVD, radio/CD player (without widescreen, wifi), so ideally suited for a relaxing holiday with children, but also for adults who want to unwind away from the stress of everyday life - active rest and relaxation.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located in Friesenhörn, a pure holiday settlement between Horumersiel and Schillig, directly behind the dyke, from which it is still a few minutes' walk to the water, or more precisely the beach / tidal water edge, because at low tide the water recedes a long way (see tide calendar). With us, you are a bit away from the hustle and bustle even during the main holiday season.
On the other hand, both Horumersiel and Schillig can be reached on foot in a few minutes. There are numerous shops, inns, cafes, a bakery, swimming pool, spa etc.. In addition, there is a larger grocery shop with a baker on the road from Horumersiel to Friesenhörn / Schillig.

| In July and August, the arrival and departure day is usually Saturday. Our prices of 59,00 - 89,00 €/day (depending on the season), are independent of the number of persons up to 6 persons (=number of sleeping places) + 1 infant, incl. heating, electricity and parking space, plus 50 € cleaning fee and visitor's tax 2,50 € (March-October) or 1,00 € (winter and children up to 13 years in summer) per person, in addition to the indicated price. As we do not live on site ourselves, bed linen, hand, bath and tea towels are not provided as standard, so you must bring your own. |

Rules:
We expect you to treat our property with care, just as you would your own (eigtl. self-evident, but unfortunately not for everyone); smoking and pets are not allowed in our house. It is also fair to the cleaning staff if the house is not left very dirty - you are welcome to use the hoover in the hall cupboard yourself. Otherwise, we hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house as much as we do, even if you are not so lucky with the weather - remember: "There is no bad weather, only the wrong clothes" ;-) or enjoy your time in the house with a book, a game, etc.
