Cancellation terms:
Cancellation up to the 60th day before departure: 25% of the travel price. Cancellation up to the 31st day before departure: 50% of the travel price. Cancellation up to the 21st day before departure: 75% of the travel price. Cancellation up to the 11th day before departure: 80% of the travel price. After that, 90% of the travel price. Exceptions: Should the current coronavirus regulations by the state or federal government during your travel period not allow renting, the rental price you have paid will be refunded.

A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available in the house. One ladies' and one men's bicycle (city bikes with 7-speed hub gears) belong to the flat. A free parking space in the underground garage is available. If required, a beach chair can be provided (5,- € / day - only in the high season from end of April - middle of September). This is a non-smoking flat (smoking only outside on the terrace). Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
Children are welcome and free of charge up to 4 years. A high chair and a travel cot (up to approx. 4 years) are available.
To make your suitcase a little lighter, the flat provides: Hand and kitchen towels, 2 beach towels, beach blanket, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, alarm clock, games, books/DVD's
Rental from 3 nights (high season/holidays 7 nights), below with surcharge. Towels/dryer sheets included, bed linen € 10.00 per person per stay.
