The mountain guide house is located in a cosy settlement at the edge of the village of Ohlstadt on a hillside property with a large, natural garden. Nearby are the solar outdoor pool, playground, tennis courts, cross-country ski trail and lots of meadow, pasture and forest. In the village you will find everything for daily life! By car or train you can reach Murnau am Staffelsee in 10 minutes, Garmisch-Partenkirchen in 20 minutes and Munich in 60 minutes. Ohlstadt is located directly on the railway line Munich - Innsbruck. It is only a few minutes' walk from us to the station!
The bright non-smoking flat is modernly furnished with parquet flooring and organic solid wood furniture. The separate bedroom with double bed has a window to the garden and a pleasant wall heating. The pull-out sofa bed in the living area is 1.40m wide. The bathroom with WC and shower has barefoot-friendly cork flooring. The flat has its own entrance and a parking space directly in front of it.
The kitchen is fully equipped. You can make Italian coffee with an espresso pot on the cooker or grind it with a coffee grinder and brew it in a ceramic filter, just like grandma used to do. Of course, there is also a milk frother. In the bathroom you will find towels, a washing machine and a clothes horse.
We have a certified mountain guide in the house!

Pure relaxation
The flat is super nice, furnished with attention to detail and equipped with everything you need
It is a short walk to Ohlstadt, where you can get everything you need for your daily needs.
The accommodation is a perfect starting point for hikes
Tina and Michael Gebhardt, the landlords, are very friendly right from the start and we felt right at home
We would definitely recommend the flat to others and would of course like to come back again sometime.

Stay in Ohlstadt
Very nice and clean facilities. we enjoyed our stay and hospitality by the hosts as a family. We were given free local train passes and parking slips. Thank you very much

The holiday flat is on the ground floor of our self-renovated house, which we live in with our two children. So family life with people playing in the house and garden is part of the natural environment of the holiday flat. But don't worry: we treat each other with respect and kindness! Each of us is busy with school and work outside the home, so there are always times when we are all away. However, we are always available for urgent questions.
