The exclusively furnished living area with access to the terrace with a direct view of Lake Plauer See conveys a great feel-good atmosphere. Here you can relax on the cosy couch corner in front of a flat-screen TV. The kitchen, which is integrated into this room, is equipped to a high standard with a convection oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 4-zone ceramic hob, sufficient crockery, glasses, cutlery and cooking pots as well as many useful cooking utensils. A dining table offers space for 5 people. You have a total of 2 luxurious bathrooms at your disposal. The high-quality bathroom no. 1 on the ground floor offers a very spacious glazed shower, designer washbasin, towel warmer & WC. Bathroom no. 2 on the ground floor has a washbasin and WC. Bedroom 1 in the attic is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe for your holiday wardrobe and TV. Bedroom 2 on the ground floor is equipped with 2 comfortable single beds and a wardrobe.
The non-smoking holiday home is perfect for 1-5 people.
Parking spaces are available directly at the house. The spacious holiday home will be completed in July 2017 and furnished with great attention to detail, both comfortably and functionally. More pictures will follow.

Location and surroundings of object
On the one hand you can find rest and relaxation and on the other hand it is possible to do many activities. For example, it is only a few minutes to the monkey forest and summer toboggan run known Land Fleesensee with golf course, tennis court, fun pool is only 8 km everyone can decide according to their personal preferences whether they want to take advantage of many activities or indulge in nature and beautiful surroundings. The village of Alt Schwerin lies directly on the Mecklenburg Lake District. The climatic health resort of Malchow is only 5 kilometres away. Passenger boats, the new harbour and the restaurants in the area offer a unique environment for a wonderful holiday.

What more could you want?
We have been renting holiday homes in and outside Germany for more than 15 years and this one is definitely in our personal top group.
The quiet location with the great view of Lake Plauer See is just super at any time, but especially when the sun is slowly setting.
The equipment of the house leaves nothing to be desired, even sharp knives were available and in our experience that is really not the rule in holiday homes.
The landlord (very friendly and helpful) handed over the house to us personally and fortunately pointed out some special features that had to be taken into account when operating individual items of furniture. This saved us some guesswork or telephone enquiries. But the latter would always have been possible.
Our stay was rounded off by the village grocery store nearby. It can be reached by car in 1 minute, by foot or by bike it takes only slightly longer. The breakfast rolls available there were a welcome change from what is often found in holiday areas. The homemade cake (sometimes even a gluten-free egg roll) offered there is also highly recommended.

Top house, top location, nice landlords.
The house leaves nothing to be desired, the lake is right in front of the door and practically belonged to us alone. The landlords take care very much and are always approachable. Plenty of peace, lots to see and great nature, including a fishing pond for the older son. The village shop is within walking distance, so the children could get rolls. They want to come back next year right away. TOP TIP!!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus
We stayed in this beautiful holiday home, which left absolutely nothing to be desired in terms of equipment and comfort. It was actually equipped with everything one needs. The location of the house is perfect, offering lots of peace and relaxation. One can go cycling, boating, visit the small towns nearby, or simply relax. In the village shop nearby, you can get the everyday things, but we found it very expensive; however, the bread rolls (fresh) were very delicious. This holiday home is ideal for children. There is a slide, a small sandbox, and a swing available. The beach is 50m from the house. The landlords are super friendly and always approachable for us. We thank you for this great vacation and will definitely come back.
