Description

Beachfront, chic 2-room corner flat for non-smokers with upscale comfort on the 2nd floor.
The entrance leads into the comfortable living room, from there into the shower room / WC and into the spacious bedroom and onto the sunny south-west-facing balcony.
The living room has a double sofa bed (1.50 x 2.00 m), recliner, cable flat-screen TV, a dining area, a mini-compact stereo system and free internet access
The bedroom has a balcony facing Steinmannstrasse, a good double bed with 7-zone latex single mattresses, and a spacious wardrobe.
The modern kitchenette has a dishwasher, microwave with grill function, a 4-plate ceramic hob and a fridge with 3-star freezer compartment.
Coffee maker, Senseo pad, kettle and toaster are part of the basic equipment.
An underground parking space is included in the rent.
In the interest of our guests with allergic complaints, we ask for your understanding that we do not allow pets.

The house Silvie, newly built in 2004, is located diagonally opposite the Syltness Centre. Absolutely close to the beach, only a few minutes' walk to the centre and the beach crossings. A bakery, bicycle rental and many restaurants are just around the corner.

Relax in the Syltness Centre or visit the Sylter Welle leisure pool in bad weather - everything is on the doorstep, there are many tempting options for all weathers.

Enjoy the long sandy beach just a few minutes' walk from the flat or stroll through the exclusive shops and enjoy the variety of excellent restaurants.

The entrance to your underground parking space 'C' can be reached by driving in the direction of the spa centre at Bomhoftraße 15, from there you can take the lift to the 2nd floor directly in front of flat 10

Cancellation terms:

Free cancellation possible up to 60 days before the arrival date.

Here is the translation to English: **Contractual Commitment / Cancellation** The conclusion of the rental agreement is binding. If the tenant cancels the rental agreement or does not use the holiday apartment for reasons attributable to him/her, e.g. illness or prevention due to professional or family reasons, this does not release him/her from the obligation to pay the agreed rent. § 537 of the German Civil Code (BGB) applies. However, the landlord must offset the value of the expenses saved, which is generously set at a flat rate of 20% of the rent, as well as any income from renting the holiday apartment to another party. Accordingly, the tenant may have to pay 80% of the rent, even if he/she does not use the holiday apartment. In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee of €50.00 (plus booking fee) will be charged in any case. It is therefore recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.

The Claire holiday flat was previously used as a second home with little traffic and was rented out as a holiday flat for the first time in April 2017.
