The old two-story farmhouse is the ideal place for anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday. With a total of 280 m², it offers plenty of space for 14 people in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the main house and 2 additional bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms in an annex.
On the ground floor of the main house are the kitchen, the bright living/dining area with antique fireplace, a bedroom with two single beds and its own toilet.
On the 1st. On the upper floor there are 2 double rooms, 1 triple room (double bed 1.40m wide and a single bed) with toilet and 2 separate bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bathtub.
You are also renting a charming 80m² annex with 2 bedrooms (a double room with an extra bed and a twin room) and a bathroom with shower, a WC, a kitchen, and a living room. )
Outdoor area
Guests will find plenty of peace in the large, expansive garden ( m²); here, the elegant pool area (14 x 5.5 m; 1.40 m deep) with its sun loungers and umbrellas invites you to relax.
At the front of the house there is a large, shady panoramic terrace with a pergola overgrown with wild vines. Here, guests can sit together comfortably and enjoy meals outdoors, which they have previously prepared on the outdoor grill. Access to the house is via a 1 km long gravel road; it is not suitable for lowered vehicles.
There are 3 parking spaces on the property.

The villa is located between Pisa and Lucca, not far from the small medieval village of Buti, just a few kilometers away from the white sandy beaches of Versilia. Marina di Pisa and Tirrenia be reached in only 30 km.
The central location of the property is an ideal starting point for day trips to the famous art cities of Tuscany such as Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence and Siena.
In the coastal town of La Spezia to drive about 90 minutes to start from here to tour the villages of "Cinque Terre".
But also the magnificent scenery of the area is ideal for all kinds of activities such as cycling, hiking and more.
Sports enthusiasts will find numerous activities including tennis, horse riding, golf, etc. in the vicinity.
a visit to the Torre del Lago is recommended for culture and opera enthusiasts, here you can walk in the footsteps of Puccini and visit the museum in the Villa Puccini. In summer numerous opera performances.
The nature lovers will visit the Natural Park Migliarino S. Rossore with a boat trip on the Massaciuccoli Lake, the largest lake in Tuscany, enjoy.
The small, medieval village of Buti with its various shops, restaurants, bars, post office, bank and pharmacy is km away and can be reached along a scenic route on foot.
