As the house is in the front in the first row, you have a completely unobstructed view over the sea (Little Belt) and beautiful nature areas. Short distance to beaches, playgrounds, outdoor swimming pool. Free W-LAN available. One of the most attractive holiday homes in the area.

In beautiful, idyllic and quiet surroundings at Löjt Feriecenter / Sandskaer Strand north of Aabenraa (Apenrade in German), on the east coast of South Jutland, in the borderland between Denmark and Germany. Only about 30 kilometres north of Flensburg. Many find that the view from this holiday home is one of the best in the area !

From the terraces, the kitchen and not least the large windows in the living room you have an impressive and magnificent panoramic view over the Little Belt and the beautiful landscape. The fact that the terrace faces south and the house is quite high makes the view even more enriching. You simply have an unobstructed dream panoramic view from the first row !

The wooden holiday home is 67 m² and one of the most attractive in the area in terms of both quality and location. Situated on a quiet and very child-friendly street

The cottage sleeps six in total, divided between rooms with double beds and rooms with four beds, including one double bed and one bunk bed. A ladder in the living room leads to the cosy loft, which is very popular with children. The bathroom in light colours is equipped with a shower.

The practical and functional kitchen of the holiday home has open access to the living room, where the large windows provide plenty of natural light

The holiday home has a very central location with only about 150 metres to either the idyllic and child-friendly beach, or to the centre, where many of the holiday park's activities are available. For example, the outdoor swimming pool, where you as a guest have free access, or the playground.

The holiday home has an air-to-air heat pump, wood stove and electric heating. Flat screen TV with over 30 TV channels, many of which are German, as well as many radio stations and - last but not least - free + free WLAN / Internet (speed 100/100 Mbit - calculated for streaming or gaming). Also lots of garden furniture, deck chairs and everything for the barbecue.

There is parking both in the driveway and on the lawn in front of the house. There is a large green area in front of the two terraces.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday home is located at Löjt Feriecenter / Sandskaer Strand on the beautiful Löjt Land on the east coast of Southern Jutland in Southern Denmark (Northern Schleswig) about 30 kilometres north of the federal border. From the holiday area it is about three kilometres to the small town of Löjt Kirkeby. To the larger town of Aabenraa, it is about 10 kilometres.

From the holiday home you have only :

only 150 metres to the quiet and child-friendly beach where there are also two bridges

or

300 metres to the beautiful beach at the campsite where there is also a children's playground. Next to this beach is also a small cosy boat harbour. At the campsite you will find a kiosk / mini-market, which is open during the summer period.

From the holiday home, it is only 150 metres to the centre at the common area, which is open during the summer period. As a tenant you have of course free access to this. Here you will find:

Hygge

We had a cozy holiday week with a great view of the Baltic Sea. The bad weather didn't bother us either. Sitting in the armchair with a coffee and a book, enjoying the view. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedroom was sufficiently large, and the bed was very comfortable.

The shower room wasn't a wellness temple, but it was sufficiently large and functional.

And what is very important to us, everything was super clean and worked well. In autumn, there isn't much going on in the complex, which is great if you're looking for peace. There are many beautiful little rounds to explore with the dog, and some larger places are easily accessible for people.

The handover of keys and billing was also simple, straightforward, and very friendly.

Conclusion: We felt comfortable.

Suggestion for improvement: a possibility to do laundry.

Pure tranquility

We found a very lovingly designed holiday home and spent 13 relaxing and great days there. Nothing was lacking here - even an air fryer was available! A great house and excellent service.

The service of the provider is truly excellent. We were able to leave very late after work, and it was no problem to pick up the key at 10:00 PM. I received a detailed description of how to get there and even a small flashlight. The house was preheated and the meter readings were already taken. We rent vacation homes very often, and I have never experienced one so clean. There was no dust to be found anywhere. The house is functional and attractively furnished in a Nordic style. The kitchen was very well equipped and even had an air fryer.
I always have back problems and was very satisfied with the (even height-adjustable) bed. In the other bedroom, there is also a double bed plus 2 bunk beds. The house has the typical musty smell due to its age, which can't really be avoided. The location of the house with a view of the water and the beach and forest in the immediate vicinity is wonderful. We really enjoy the peace there. In nearby Aabenraa, you can go shopping and enjoy delicious cakes in cute cafés. The many second-hand shops also always attract me a lot.

Even without the sun, a lovely stay

Pure relaxation with a sea view

We were warmly welcomed by the manager and equipped with good tips. The house was pure "wow effect." From the living room and also from the terrace, there was a great view of the sea. A short walk to the beach. Our dog was allowed to be at the beach. In the mornings, we could get fresh rolls from the mini supermarket. The pool could be used at any time throughout the day. Great ocean view

The house and the kitchen are very well equipped, there is plenty of everything available, which is very practical. Our dog felt very comfortable there because it is very quiet (in March). Nice stay

Upon key handover, we were greeted very nicely. The house was already preheated. Our first look went to the beautiful panorama. The house was very clean and well equipped. When we had a problem, we immediately received feedback with which we could arrange ourselves well. All in all, we can only recommend it and we would book it again. Very beautiful area.

We really liked the house. Especially the beautiful view of the Belt. However, if you like to take a longer walk by the sea, you're out of luck here. There are only 2 small beach areas nearby.

Wenn Sie in diesem Feriengebiet am Strand sind (ungefähr 200-300 Meter vom Ferienhaus entfernt) und dann nach rechts bis zum Ende des Strandes gehen, müssen Sie nur noch 200-300 Meter durch den Wald auf einem Weg am Wasser entlang gehen. Dreamy holiday home

A dreamy holiday home in the perfect location! Wonderful view, you can admire the sunrise every morning! Very well equipped, everything you need is there and above all very clean. The beds are particularly praiseworthy, very comfortable and ideal size 2×2 meters for bunk beds and 1×160 for a bed. Everything around it is also very nice, for example a green meadow with a horse paddock, playground + pool for children nearby. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. The landlord Mr. Johansen is also very friendly and accommodating = everything very uncomplicated!!! We would love to go back there!

Dreamy location

The house really has a fantastic location with a direct view of the Baltic Sea. The houses are, for me very unusual in Denmark, close together, but they are slightly offset and the terraces have privacy. We had to deduct a point from the equipment because we missed lounge chairs on the terrace. It was a bit annoying for us that we didn't know that the washing machine is not in the house but in a central building. That means you have to be lucky that it is available and at €6 per wash, washing is really expensive. We spent our second week in the house after being in Sweden before. Since we assumed there was a washing machine in the house, we only packed clothes for one week. The circumstances made the first few days a bit complicated. The landlord is very nice and accommodating. All in all, we felt comfortable with our child and dog.

Cosy holiday home with a splendid view of the Baltic Sea.

The holiday home impresses with its great location. Thanks to the generous windows, you can enjoy views of the sea and nature from every seating area. The terrace is also large and you can enjoy the sun at different times of the day (at least in June). It's only a few minutes' walk to the natural beach. The immediate surroundings are quiet but also offer opportunities for excursions to Aabenraa, Sonderborg, Haderslev, and Flensburg (only about 35 km away). The house itself is tastefully furnished and the kitchen is perfectly equipped.

Vacation with pets

Very nice holiday home with a view of the sea from the living room and the terrace in front. The house was super clean. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes and cutlery, so you don't have to wash constantly and can collect in the existing dishwasher first. The landlord was super nice and very friendly. Autumn holiday

Since there is no fence around the individual plots, it is unfortunately a bit like a campsite: Tom, Dick and Harry walk right past the terrace. Pets can therefore not be left outside alone and unleashed. The location of the house is uniquely beautiful with a view of the sea, a small marshy area near the beach can be easily passed on wooden paths. The playground of the site is easy to see, unfortunately the small swimming pool is no longer usable in autumn, just like the small shop on the neighbouring campsite closed from the beginning of October. The beach is not very wide, certainly crowded in summer, even long beach walks are not possible because of the vegetation. Nice little wood is nearby, the next shopping possibility in the nearby village is well stocked.

Also works with a wheelchair

I am a wheelchair user. The apartment / house is partially barrier-free. There is just enough space in front of the bathroom. Careful maneuvering is necessary. - The same applies to the bathroom itself. It's tight, but just manageable (for me). - Those with a larger wheelchair should carefully check the given dimensions. It's incomprehensible why one can only access the terrace through the kitchen door with a significant step. An additional external access is too narrow for a wheelchair. The beds and the toilet could be too low for some. So, better inquire beforehand. The facilities including the kitchen are very good. Outside the house, there are significant uphill and downhill slopes. Handbikers should consider this.

Simply Hygge

We felt very comfortable, the house is beautifully and cosily furnished. In the kitchen, there is a lot of and sufficient equipment, which is often lacking in holiday homes. Beautiful house, great view!

We really enjoyed our holiday in this holiday home! The location and the view are especially beautiful. We were lucky with the weather and could enjoy sunny hours on walks in the beautiful surroundings and in the cozy armchairs in the sun-drenched living room. The different heating options (space heater, electric radiators, and wood stove) were versatile and made the stay comfortable even in winter. The bath is very simple and the water drainage in the shower is not optimal, which we didn't find to be a problem. The manager, Mr. Johansen, is very friendly, dedicated, and speaks perfect German. We would gladly come back!

Schönes Haus

Dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, large grill, German TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, coffee machine, freezer in the refrigerator, kettle, pots all available and in order. Garden furniture in two variations, wood and plastic/metal, available and in good condition. Large parasol also present. Not used by us.
Beautiful large house, sea view from the living room window, sea view from the terrace as well. Comfortable sofa, two bedrooms well suited for a family with children. Heating could also be used. Bathroom is okay. Large mirror, shower is also okay, it’s a tiled area with a shower curtain, unfortunately, you have to use a squeegee after showering so the water drains properly, and the grout under the tiles in the shower area could be renewed. Otherwise no issues, in windy weather, the glass patio door cannot be locked, it flies open immediately. A wedge would be great. Three playgrounds nearby, outdoor pool with changing rooms is also good, several beach options within walking distance. Dogs no problem, plenty of opportunities with small bins for dog owners everywhere. Beach clean, playgrounds clean, options to use the lawn at and around the house. Small moor with a bridge to cross. Small kiosk at the campsite for bread rolls and ice cream/newspapers. We would love to come back again.

Tolles Haus

We have vacationed in this area for the second time and have been going to Denmark for many years on vacation, but this house was by far the most beautiful and clean. The communication with the rental agency was perfect as well.
What we did not like, but this is just nitpicking, is the lack of a washing machine.

Good holiday resort with very well-equipped holiday house.

In the internet search, we especially liked this house for its value for money. The first contact was already very friendly and uncomplicated. The landlord speaks excellent German. Payment was in Euros and smooth.
The house has a very good location (south and west terrace) and is in impeccable condition. The furnishings are cozy and functional - really everything is there, even a good Weber grill. In May, the nights were still a bit cool. One could have turned on the existing heating - we had wood with us and decided on the fireplace. In this cozy atmosphere, the nights were long :-)
The beach is about 300m away and is rated more as a 3. You need a bike or car to go get bread rolls. So: Bring everything you need when you arrive. Overall a very good holiday option, especially for families with children (large playground and outdoor pool free of charge) or 4 people (2 full bedrooms with good beds). Thank you! We will gladly come back!

Tolles Ferienhaus

From booking to departure, everything was great. From the beginning, we had personal contact with the very nice and courteous landlord, who lives very close to the holiday home. The price even included the final cleaning of the house, which is usually not the case with other providers. This made the departure very relaxed.

The house is very clean and has everything you need. The furnishings are new, modern, stylish, and tastefully decorated. Cosy, clean beds and a large couch, as well as two armchairs. The view is really great.

We find this area to be one of the most beautiful in South Jutland. Many winding hiking trails, a fantastic natural beach, and many play opportunities for children. In the immediate vicinity there is a nice campsite where great playgrounds and other fun things await children.

We will definitely come back.
