The holiday home is in an absolutely quiet location and the property borders directly on the Templiner Canal, the connecting body of water between the Templiner Stadtsee and the Röddelinsee.
The 60 m² living space with two separate bedrooms comfortably accommodates four people. A cot is also available.
The holiday home is equipped with a modern kitchen, WC with shower, radio and TV. Furthermore, all rooms can be heated and are therefore excellent to live in during the cooler seasons and in winter.

Sweet garden house in nature
Thank you for the warm welcome! We spent a very relaxing week as a couple in the holiday cottage of the Lessow family. Everything you need is accommodated in a small space. The living room is quite large, and there is an open and a covered terrace with garden furniture. The garden is huge, not easily visible, quiet, and also equipped with loungers and a grill. We just had to let them know and were allowed to spend a whole day on the water with the landlords' paddle boat. Those who want to spend a quiet vacation by the water are well taken care of here. And: bicycle paradise! ?

Recreation that deserves its name
We spent a wonderful week as a couple in the holiday home of the Lessow family. An absolute recommendation if you, like us, seek peace and relaxation in such a soothing environment. The extremely friendly couple welcomed us warmly and accompanied us during our stay, addressing all our questions and interests regarding the noteworthy treasures of this diverse cultural landscape. We were also extremely taken with the location and the spacious, generous layout of the property. Nestled on a hillside with a picturesque view of the Templiner Canal and its animal inhabitants, as well as the leisure captains passing through by boat, it offered us a constantly varied and calming scenario for our previously overstimulated senses. In contrast to our arrival, we found ourselves in a cheerful and completely relaxed mood at our departure. Thank you once again, dear Fam. "Doesn't work at all"
We booked for the end of September/beginning of October 2024 in January 2024. In July, the landlord called me and informed me that his vacation home is not suitable for my husband's body weight.
We are not talking about "My Life at 300 Kilos," but only about half of that, distributed over 2 meters in height.
The landlord is sure that my husband cannot enter the kitchen and shower, would not be able to go up the stairs, and that the sofa and bed could not be used by him. The origin of this insight is unclear, as he and my husband have not encountered each other so far. If a landlord has exclusion criteria for their guests, these should be clearly visible before booking. Likewise, the usage restrictions for the bed and sofa, as both pieces of furniture can indeed be used by 2 or more people. With these seemingly discriminatory statements, I cannot share the landlord's self-assessment of "We are very guest-friendly!" Addendum: ferienhausmieten.de is informed about this incident.

Quiet end of the year
We were a couple plus a dog and felt totally comfortable in the cottage and garden. Due to its location below the road by the canal and in the forest, it gave us a nice feeling of tranquility - but the Templin train station can be reached on foot within a few minutes.
I consider it excellent service that we were treated to a white Christmas! ;-) Our landlord couple was very friendly and flexible regarding the question of the dog's stay or its duration.
We went on many hikes and enjoyed the tranquility and the view of the garden towards the water, the dog enjoyed lying in front of the fireplace... A leisurely end to the year, just as we wished.
