The Marevista Brovinje villa is ideal for those looking for complete privacy and a relaxing holiday - the villa has a large garden with green Molot and a terrace with pool and sea views. The terrace is fully furnished with a dining area on one side of the house with sea view. The interior is extremely comfortable, elegantly furnished. Here you can enjoy a game of billiards with friends or go for a grilled fish or meat, or a jump in the pool and enjoy a spectacular sunset and sunrise.

We had a wonderful time in this vacation home and can truly recommend it without reservation. Upon our arrival, we were incredibly warmly and lovingly welcomed by our landlord Elvis. As a welcome surprise, a homemade apple pie was waiting for us, fresh and warm from the oven – you really don't experience something like this everywhere! ❤️
The house itself leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. It is very well-maintained, spacious, and excellently equipped – we really lacked nothing during our entire stay. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, it offers a lot of space and privacy, which is simply perfect for a vacation with multiple people. It was also particularly pleasant that each room has its own air conditioning. An absolute highlight is of course the pool with the beautiful sea view. The view is simply incredibly beautiful and hardly describable in words. Starting the day with this view in the morning and enjoying the special atmosphere in the evening was something special for us every time. This is exactly how one imagines a vacation in Croatia. ? ? ☀️?
We would also like to particularly highlight Elvis as the landlord. He is incredibly friendly, uncomplicated, attentive, and always helpful, without being intrusive. You can immediately tell that he cares a lot about his guests feeling comfortable.
From the first moment, we felt welcome and almost at home – just with a pool, sea view, and Croatian vacation vibe. ?
Thank you very much, Elvis, for the warm hospitality and this wonderful time. We would come back anytime and wholeheartedly give 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very beautiful villa
Very nice villa, quiet location, large terrace with magnificent view of the sea, the "fjord" and the sunset. Very well equipped with all kitchen utensils and complete crockery, kitchenware and cutlery. In addition to the pool table and a table tennis table, there is also table football and darts. Exceptionally kind landlord, so overall a totally relaxed holiday atmosphere. Highly recommended for families or with friends. Fortunately it is heatable, because we experienced the extremely unusual for Istria onset of winter in April. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the beautiful swimming pool.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus und können es wirklich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von unserem Vermieter Elvis unglaublich herzlich und liebevoll empfangen. Als Willkommensüberraschung wartete sogar ein selbstgebackener Apfelkuchen auf uns, der noch frisch und warm aus dem Ofen kam – so etwas erlebt man wirklich nicht überall! ❤️
Das Haus selbst lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen. Es ist sehr gepflegt, großzügig und hervorragend ausgestattet – uns hat während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Mit vier Schlafzimmern und vier Bädern bietet es sehr viel Platz und Privatsphäre, was gerade bei einem Urlaub mit mehreren Personen einfach perfekt ist. Besonders angenehm war auch, dass jedes Zimmer über eine eigene Klimaanlage verfügt.
Ein absolutes Highlight ist natürlich der Pool mit dem wunderschönen Meerblick. Die Aussicht ist einfach unfassbar schön und eigentlich kaum mit Worten zu beschreiben. Morgens mit diesem Blick in den Tag zu starten und abends die besondere Atmosphäre zu genießen, war für uns jedes Mal aufs Neue etwas Besonderes. Genau so stellt man sich Urlaub in Kroatien vor. ??☀️?
Auch Elvis als Vermieter möchten wir besonders hervorheben. Er ist unglaublich sympathisch, unkompliziert, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm sehr viel daran liegt, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen.
Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und fast wie zu Hause gefühlt – nur eben mit Pool, Meerblick und kroatischem Urlaubsgefühl. ?
Vielen Dank, Elvis, für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und diese wunderschöne Zeit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und vergeben von Herzen 5 Sterne! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
