Description

This bungalow is in the small, quiet complex El Jardin, with a freshwater community pool. In 400m you are at the beach.
The bungalow has 130m² and has been renovated, 2014.

3 comfortable sun loungers are on the large private terrace. In the covered and protected from the wind is a table with comfortable chairs. A parasol you shaded if required.

The large terrace has visibility and wind.
Show room provided an electric grill. An infrared cabin is also at your disposal.
The windows have electric blinds. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable temperature.
The large bathroom has a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower.

The free parking facilities are available in the street in front of the plant.

Mobile WiFi Router free.
The SIM card, you can either bring or buy z. B. in Morro Jable. 2 GB costs currently € 17, - Definitely take passport.

In the south of the island of Fuerteventura the district Jandia is the beautiful wide and long sandy beach.
Here is a small bungalow complex El Jardin with 15, partly private, partly rented houses.
There is a freshwater - Community Pool.
Shops, bars, restaurants ... are within walking distance.
Behind the complex, the trail starts to the highest mountain of the island.
There is an 18 hole golf course also behind the plant.
In addition to the complex there is a bike rental or guided tours.

Shortages

Dampness and many electrical problems. The power cuts off when you turn on the air conditioning, cook, or use the jacuzzi. When you inform the owner, he is only concerned about the electricity bill; he has a manager who checks the electricity meter. I paid 3,095 euros for 14 days for this accommodation so that you can't enjoy the facilities they offer on the website without interruptions. We have always booked villas for our vacations and have never experienced anything like this. It's very sad to go on vacation and choose whether to cook or turn on the air conditioning to avoid running out of electricity.

Very nice holiday home

We were at the holiday home Villa Amélie for the first time. The house is beautiful and very well equipped. We also found the location great, quiet and just a few minutes' walk from the beach and promenade.

Very nice and well-kept holiday accommodation

Villa Amélie is a fantastically beautiful holiday accommodation. It is very well-maintained, spacious, clean, and has everything you could possibly need. The equipment is very high quality and the decor is lovingly designed. We felt super comfortable here! The great terrace with loungers and a covered seating area has everything you need. There is direct access from the terrace to the bedroom and the living room. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower and another sun terrace upstairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The large bathroom has two sinks and a great shower.
The villa is very quiet. The beach and the "shopping mile" can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
Thanks again for this wonderful stay and a big thank you, of course, to Jürgen on site. Jürgen is always helpful and, above all, available at all times. This is not something to be taken for granted.
We will definitely come back!

Relaxing holiday in a top location

Villa Amélie is excellently equipped for individual holidaymakers like us.
There are possibilities to sit or lie down for all occasions, also an outdoor shower
Outdoor shower. The villa is generously and tastefully furnished and very well maintained
well maintained. Everything is up to date. The distances to the beach, shopping
or localities are within walking distance thanks to the good location.
We felt very comfortable here and will gladly come back.

Very beautiful holiday

The villa amelie is super and well equipped. From a to z.

Really everything you need is on site.

We have been to the Canary Islands several times, but we have never had it so clean and well equipped.

We liked it very much. Nice and quiet location. Especially the wind-protected terrace where you can sit for a long time in the evening.

Many thanks also to the caretaker Jürgen who did a great job.

Fantastic Villa Amelie

The photos really didn't promise too much. After staying in a previous house of the landlords last year, we decided to stay in Villa Amelie this time and we were totally thrilled from the start. The other house was already super nice, but the Amelie took it up a few notches! Very, very spacious, insanely beautifully furnished, and the terrace is also so, so nice. The decoration makes it so homely, you don't want to go outside. You just have to love the Amelie, there is nothing missing. The extra entrance is also great, so you don't always have to go through the whole complex. Fuerteventura spoiled us again with beautiful weather, we saw new things and we were sad to leave. But there will be a next time! Thank you for letting us be your guests!

We will be back ...

...because we felt very comfortable in Villa Amelie. The time in the beautiful house passed far too quickly. The Amelie is a beautiful, clean house. The contact with the landlord couple is very good. The manager Jürgen is always helpful and keeps everything very tidy.
We can recommend Villa Amelie to anyone who appreciates peace and privacy on holiday, but also wants to enjoy the proximity to the beach and the sea.

Villa Amelie, simply a dream

We were here from January 30th, 2021 to February 13th, 2021 in great weather. Everything was perfect at Villa Amelie. The location, close to the beach and the city center. Very quiet. We were already excited when entering the courtyard from the street. The house was very clean, very modern. Nothing was missing. Everything was there in the kitchen cabinet as well. We felt very comfortable. The contact person on-site, Jürgen, was very friendly and helpful. The villa is 100% recommended. Thanks to the Linkenhöller family and Jürgen.

Another beautiful holiday that leaves nothing to be desired.

After we spent our vacation 2 times in Casa al Sol, 1 time in Casa Jandia and 1 time in Casa Isabel, this time it should be Villa Amelie. The pictures are already very promising; but when we entered the apartment, we were almost speechless. Just like in the other apartments, the pictures depict reality 100%. Amelie is very spacious and well-equipped. There is nothing lacking. In none of the apartments!
Amelie impresses with its large, unobstructed terrace and beautiful red kitchen. There you are happy to cook yourself. The kitchen, just like in Isabel and al Sol, is very well equipped, just like all the other rooms! Nothing is missing! Many thanks also to Jürgen for his always top support!

Perfect vacation in Dream Villa Amelie

After having been very satisfied with both the Casa al Sol and the Isabel during our previous stays, our vacation at Villa Amelie was even better! The villa is tastefully decorated, bright, and spacious, with wonderful terraces and leaves nothing to be desired. Of course, the white tiles are somewhat more prone to getting dirty, but for the beautiful appearance, one is happy to grab the broom now and then ;-)
Even on windy or cloudy days, one can relax here in a well-protected area, and the pool invites you to cool off. The more sheltered loggia also allows you to enjoy the cooler evenings outside - perfect!

Special mention should be made of the excellent service provided by Jürgen Stahl, who always has an open ear for our wishes.

We are already looking forward to the next time.

Repeat offender.

We (married couple both 60) weren't the first time guests at the Linkenhöller family. Every time we were impressed. We also had the chance to take a look at Villa Amelie during our last summer vacation in 2017 and immediately booked this property for November. It's a bit too big for 2 people, but the ambiance is considered high quality. Small point of criticism: There are no power outlets in the master bathroom by the sinks or in the bedroom at the dressing table. But this is complaining at the highest level. Otherwise, gladly again.
