In a very special location, on the sandy beach in Denia, on a large, enclosed private plot with its own 9 x 4 metre pool. Sun loungers and a parasol are available for relaxation. Enjoy the fantastic view of the sea from this unique property, which is at your exclusive disposal.

For your cars there is a garage and parking spaces on the 1,000 sqm plot. The sandy beach "La Marineta" is only 10 metres away, the pebble beach Las Rotas is 750 metres away and the town centre of Denia is 2 km away
