Within walking distance from the best beaches of Zeeland, this cozy, detached cottage. The vibrant center of Renesse with terraces, shops and restaurants located within cycling distance. The house is on the edge of the small Beach Park Renesse. In the beautifully landscaped, fenced garden with several terraces, you can spend all day enjoying the sun.
Down the hall - with separate toilet - you enter the cozy living room with a dining table for 6 people. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV. From the lounge you enter the sunny terrace with a garden furniture for 5 persons. After a day at the beach you can relax while the children play on the trampoline in the large garden (520 m2). Of course there is also a barbecue to finish the day in style.
In the generously appointed open kitchen has, among other things, an electric hotplate with 4 hobs, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer and a combi microwave.
The bungalow has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and one bedroom has a single bed.
The bathroom has a shower and a sink.
The whole bungalow is heated with electric heaters. There is also digital TV and free Wi-Fi. You can park on its own premises with two cars. In the garden is a garden house, where you can, for example, store their bicycles. The bungalow has a large utility room with a washer and dryer.
