With spacious living areas and bathroom on the ground floor, as well as three bedrooms upstairs, the holiday home offers cosy accommodation for up to 6 people.
The dining area is decorated in warm colours.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you would normally need.
The bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling shower.
Two bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds each. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed.
On the ground floor, the house has gas central heating. In the bedrooms there are small electric heaters for the very cold nights.

| The rental price is for 2 persons. Each additional person pays € 70.00 per week, or € 10.00 per day. One set of bed linen and 2 towels per person are included in the rental price. All Weekly prices include electricity, heating and water. The visitor's tax is to be paid extra. The basis of the contract is the rental agreement to be concluded between us. If desired, additional bed linen (€ 6 per person) and towels (€ 3 per person) can be booked as a flat rate. - Inclusive prices: Consumption costs are included! - Prices in € per night for occupancy up to 4 persons - Each additional person pays € 10 extra per night (max. occupancy is 6 persons). Pets have to pay € 10,00 per day. - Deposit 150 €, will be refunded after departure - Payment: deposit 20% at booking, balance 2 weeks before arrival, if last minute: total amount at booking - Arrival and departure: Arrival daily 4 pm, departure daily 10 am, other times are possible by arrangement! - Spa tax to be paid at the Tourismus-Service Friedrichskoog ( 1,70-2,50€/day for March-October, children free) |
Cancellation terms:
Cancellation is generally not possible with us. Please take out travel cancellation insurance for this purpose. We ask for your understanding as both sides need a certain level of commitment and planning reliability. In the event of an emergency, please contact us immediately so that we can try to re-let the property. If we succeed in re-letting, we will release you from the lease free of charge; if this is not possible, we will have to retain the payments.

Leave the A23 after the Störbrücke bridge at the Itzehoe-West exit in the direction of Friedrichskoog, Brunsbüttel. Now take the B5 to Marne (40 km). At Brunsbüttel, cross the canal bridge
In Marne, follow the signs to Friedrichkskoog (10 km).

Beautiful holiday home
The holiday home was very nice and actually has a great location if it weren't for the construction site. But the landlord was very accommodating to us. We would gladly go there again once the dike construction is completed.

Our weekend was pure relaxation!
Hello!
We were only there for a weekend in the raincoat, but everything was great and pure relaxation! Even though we rented the house at short notice, the contact with Mr. Müller was great, quick, uncomplicated, and very pleasant! The house is located directly on the dike and everything is within walking distance. Everything is available from complete kitchen utensils, games, and maps.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
We spent our summer holiday here as a family. The house is very quietly located and lovingly furnished. We felt very comfortable here, almost like at home. So, the journey back was a bit difficult for us. We can highly recommend the rain cover and will definitely come back again.
