Description
Villa Primela is ideal for six guests, but offers the possibility of up to two persons to accommodate in addition. The house was renovated by the owners and served them up a few years ago as a holiday home, accordingly, the device with truly unique precious furniture and home furnishings is provided. The villa is surrounded by a large beautiful garden with a choice of lounge and dining areas around the pool deck, both in the sun or shade.
To make your stay more comfortable features of the overflow pool salt water electrolysis. By using a salt electrolysis system you have a soft pool water and very good skin compatibility. The water quality is controlled automatically, and you can be sure that the water is safe and clean at all times. The massage jets, comfortable indoor pool stage and hot tub also provide convenience. In addition, a pool blanket helps at night to keep the temperature at a comfortable level.
The pool can be used outside the season when the weather is cooler. Arrange for an additional fee a pool heater during your holiday stay.
The villa consists of two floors - ground floor and first floor.
The spacious ground floor is of a light-filled, open-plan living and dining room dominated by a beautiful traditional fireplace. In addition, on the ground floor the kitchen charming country-style, a bathroom with shower and a wardrobe. All rooms have direct access to various, partly covered terraces.
About the open, attractive staircase leads to the upper floor with three air-conditioned bedrooms, a large bathroom and a cloakroom. The perfectly equipped kitchen has direct access to the furnished outdoor terrace with stone fireplace and the spacious living room opens out onto a 35 m² covered views from the terrace extends to the open sea.

The Villa Primela with breathtaking views over the sea and island Cres is located in Mali Kosi on the east coast of the largest Croatian peninsula of Istria, just 6 km from the popular resort of Rabac. Ideal for 6 to 8 people and a perfect base for a pleasant holiday with family or friends.
Directly from Mali Kosi from a lovely hiking path (about 1/2 hour) to Rabac, pure with magnificent ocean views and nature.
Not only to Rabac itself, but also to numerous bays and coves which have been awarded for their herrvoragenden water quality with the blue flag to, you can find joy. The resort Rabac is located in the picturesque Kvarner seafront. Around the small harbor with its fishing and pleasure boats are grouped small shops, beautiful houses and inns. In the summer months on the beach promenade there can stroll ideal.
Five kilometers from Rabac sits the city Labin which considered by many as the most beautiful city in Istria place can also be reached via a forest road on foot in hours. Rarely is there such a charming mix of architectural and cultural monuments.
In Podlabin that Neustadt at the foot of the mountain, you find all the shops you need, including supermarkets such as Lidl, Plodine, Mercator and bakeries, bank, post office, cafes, restaurants, and city facilities.
The Istrian peninsula is still praised by famous travel guides and journalists. In Istria there is no mass tourism and is the perfect choice for a vacation without stress and excessive summer crowds.

Pure holiday feeling with taste and style included!
Lovingly equipped down to the smallest detail. Apart from the fantastic location above the Kvarner Bay (including a sensational view), the house impresses with a spacious layout and individually designed furnishings. From antiques, decor, flowers, and nice little details (lavender bouquets on the table). An incredibly beautiful pool (also with a view) completes the property. Not to forget. The very, very nice owners, who are always there with tips and information (at any time). So even with not so good weather, we had a great time in Istria. We will come back.

Ein Traum
A beautiful house with a great pool and wonderful sea view! The landlords are great; the house offers all comforts! Ripenda Kosi is a bit off the beaten path, but very relaxing. Rabac, Old Labin, Pula... just a few excursion tips! In Rabac, you can affordably rent a boat and sail to dreamy bays for snorkeling! The photos and description on the internet are absolutely accurate! We felt very well taken care of by Mrs. Anicic!

Dream vacation in Villa Primela
The fantastic view of the sea and the island of Cres, the great pool, and the lovingly and elegantly furnished villa provided us with wonderful vacation days! Excursions to Rabac or to nearby coves are also recommended. We are already looking forward to next time! Many thanks to the wonderful hosts!
