Perfect cyclist accommodation
Very friendly reception upon arrival. The large apartment is comfortably furnished. Everything super clean! The bicycles could be stored under cover. Shopping options nearby! A bit hilly, but no problem with e-bikes. We felt very comfortable!

First holiday apartment for a lovely vacation
We had urgently searched for a vacation rental in or around Dresden for three people, which is also suitable for the specific needs of a wheelchair user, for mid-September. From experience, we know that this is not easy and we often had to make compromises so that our son could manage in his wheelchair. After an intensive search, we found the vacation rental "Helene" from Mr. Wodenitscharow. After a friendly phone call with Mr. Wodenitscharow, we were able to clarify all open questions regarding suitability for a wheelchair user and then decided on this great apartment, it was a hit. (The small staircase at the entrance was no obstacle for our son since he can walk a few steps.) The apartment is very large, fully tiled, and has underfloor heating. There are even two bathrooms, so there are no traffic jams in the morning. Mr. Wodenitscharow had also prepared a shower stool at our request. The apartment is very clean, bright, and modernly furnished. Everything necessary is available, even a robotic vacuum cleaner does its work on its own. The location on the outskirts of Cunnersdorf/Bannewitz provides tranquility. Dresden can be quickly reached by car, as well as the shopping options in the village. In addition to the many sights in Dresden, there was also the "bonus" of the Elbe flood and the collapsed Carola Bridge, which is why especially many people were out and about on the Brühl's Terrace. It is not possible to see all of the city's many historical sights and offerings in one week. Therefore, it is worth coming back again, also because of the special vacation apartment. We enjoyed it. We thank Mr. Wodenitscharow for his friendly demeanor and willingness to help.

Outstanding and unique vacation
Together with friends, we spent a week in the Helene house for vacation. There is only positive things to say about this accommodation, the interior is modern and elegant. We didn't miss anything regarding the amenities, a terrace with outdoor lighting allowed us to enjoy the weather outside. The location of the holiday home is excellent for walks, we often went for walks together in the surrounding nature. The direct route to Dresden is reachable in a few minutes, whether by car, bus or taxi. The landlord is super friendly, open-minded and helpful - we always felt well taken care of!
For us, one thing is clear, a reunion will happen! :)

Family vacation
A great, large, and modern house.
We were greeted by a very friendly landlord. The positive impression from the pictures of the house was immediately confirmed on site.
The house is located in a quiet area and various shops for daily needs are within walking distance. Our children especially liked the playground across the street.
All sights in and around Dresden are easily accessible. Prague is also easily accessible for a day trip.
We had a very nice vacation and would be happy to book the house again.

Motorbike holiday
We were there with 4 people and 3 motorbikes. The motorbikes could be parked separately on the property with a gate. We received a very friendly welcome and the first impression was confirmed throughout the week (a very friendly, accommodating landlord). The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortably furnished. In addition, there are TVs on the wall in the bedrooms, adapted to the size. In the living room there is a huge LED TV. We were lucky enough to be there for the grape harvest and were able to taste them. Whoever has something to complain about or find fault with this house is out of place here, because the landlord tries to fulfil every wish
