Description
The Bregera 1 is slightly elevated with a view of the Breithorn. The chalet has been totally renovated and is newly and modernly furnished.
On the ground floor you will find the living - dining room, the modern open-plan fitted kitchen and a separate WC.
A Swedish stove ensures cosy hours.
The kitchen is very well equipped with all the inventory needed for cooking and eating. It has a ceramic hob, fridge and dishwasher
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The bedrooms are on the south side with direct access to the balcony.
A large seating area, deck chairs and a barbecue invite you to enjoy.
In the cellar there is a washing machine and there is enough space to store skis.
A reserved outdoor car parking space is available.

The Bregera is very suitable for families. There is a large children's playground in the immediate vicinity.
You are also welcome to bring your dog on request.

Very complete house in a beautiful environment!
This house is so complete! In the photos, the house already looked good and tidy. We did not expect to find all sorts of daily necessities here, such as spices, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, soap, etc. Very neat, clean, and the bedding smelled so nice :)
Lovely garden with a beautiful view of the mountains. Super handy, there was a flexible rack ready in the basement so we could fence off the garden for our dog. The surroundings are very quiet, we missed some shops, but that was actually the only thing. Wonderful for walking, going into the mountains. Train and gondola to the Eggishorn were around the corner. Really enjoyed the surroundings immensely.
Also not to forget, the nice, very fast, and clear communication with the owner of the property, both before the vacation (in the booking process) and during the vacation with questions about the property. Super nice!
In short: highly recommended this lovely house!
