The holiday flat is located in the flat house Jungfernstieg I as part of the newly designed Hafenspitze in an exclusive location.
The view from the flat extends over the picturesque Baltic Sea harbour with sailors and cutters far into the harbour entrance of Eckernförde. The city harbour and marina are within reach, the sea and the 4 km long sandy beach can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. Just like restaurants and cafés, the picturesque old town with its quaint former fishermen's cottages and old alleys as well as colourful shops and chic boutiques in the car-free city centre. In addition to the long sandy beach, Eckernförde also has a 6km-long promenade where you can take a wonderful stroll. The spa gardens, beautifully planted with flowers, are always worth a visit. The location is ideal for active holidays with beautiful excursions:
Explore the town centre on foot or start a hiking/biking tour, everything starts right at your doorstep. Many possibilities are offered by nearby picturesque towns such as Kappeln and Arnis on the Schlei, the cathedral town of Schleswig with the old fishing settlement of Holm and the state capital Kiel. Not only the Baltic Sea coast, but also the Hüttener Berge and the Windebyer Noor offer beautiful excursions. Furthermore, the interesting Flensburg is only 60km away; the northernmost city in Germany on the Danish border. A great day trip leads to the cosmopolitan city of Hamburg (120km).

Construction activities
The construction work in the rear area of the harbour tip has not yet been completed. However, the holiday flat Lütte Bris is located in the completed front area. The view from the flat as well as the stay on the balconies is not affected by the construction work.

Very beautiful and spacious apartment
Very nice and spacious apartment.
We found the personal orientation very good. This allowed general questions to be answered right away. It was also convenient that one could enter the apartment without using the stairs.
My handicapped wife was able to move well in the apartment with her own indoor walker. Thanks to a suction grab handle that we brought along, even the ground-level shower could be used safely. The location is very good, allowing us to walk a lot on the beach and in the city with its many small shops. The car was basically parked in the underground garage the entire week. We got our breakfast groceries in the nearby storage passage. For dinner, there are many good restaurants for every taste nearby. All are easily within walking distance. We felt very comfortable.

Dream location
This apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is there to spend a carefree vacation here. Everything can be reached on foot. The beach is practically around the corner. The car can stay in the underground garage.
