Our holiday home Vanessa is divided into 2 floors. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One room is equipped with a single bed, desk, shelf and wardrobe. In the master bedroom there is a beautiful four-poster bed, 2 wingback chairs, a table and a wardrobe. From this room you have a beautiful view of our forest clearing in the morning.
On the ground floor you will find the bathroom with shower and toilet, the living room and the kitchen. The living room has 2 large French doors through which you can access your own garden with a covered terrace. In the living room there is also a large tiled stove, which heats the whole house on cool days. The kitchen has a seating area and the kitchenette for cooking and baking.

Location and surroundings of object
On our property you are on a very quietly situated former farm, which has been converted into a romantic estate. The entire property is fenced, surrounded by woods and meadows and therefore ideal for guests with dogs. Inside the fence are the two holiday homes, the main house of the host family and a barn
Our holiday home Vanessa is set back a little on our property with a wonderful view of the forest clearing and our own pond
Our holiday home is located between Deggendorf and Passau, about 27 kilometres from Passau and about 5 kilometres from the A3 motorway - exit Iggensbach. The next village Schöllnach is only a few kilometres away, Vilshofen about 20 km.

For cancellations which are made less than 1 day before check-in, the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee will be refunded.
