Description

Contactless stay! Our house has been completely renovated: new bathrooms, kitchen, furniture, floors in the bedrooms Ceramin (without PVC & without plasticizers). Rented all year round, it is in an excellent location near the beautiful, clean North Sea beach about 300 m away, about 100 m to the park center, supermarket, restaurant.

The completely fenced, sunny garden plot with 2 furnished sun terraces (approx. 25 m² + approx. 40 m²), stainless steel column grill, offers a wonderful Atmosphere, 2 car parking spaces directly at the house, ideally next to each other

Upper floor:
2 large double rooms each with box spring beds 180x200 cm (1 of them with large SAT-TV)
1 double room with 1 box spring bed 90x200 cm plus 1 children's bed 140x70 cm, children's furniture, changing table, etc.
1 shower bath with WC, washbasin, private sauna, heated towel rail

Ground floor:
1 large double room box spring bed 180x200 cm, with SAT-TV and small. Terrace
1 luxury bathroom with walk-in shower (170x90cm), window, washbasin, heated towel rail

Location and surroundings of object

North Sea Résidence De Banjaard is equipped with a private holiday dialysis center and is located about 300 meters from the North Sea coast, a starting point to get to know the province of Zeeland. The park is located between the North Sea, Oosterschelde and the Veerse Meer.

Our villa is located in Duinpan 22 with plenty of distance to the right neighbor and a very large fenced, almost secluded garden, which offers plenty of privacy for children and adults.
Within walking distance is the kilometer-long clean sandy beach of De Banjaard to be achieved, which was already several times as the best beach in the NL "Blue Flag".

The Most data sunshine hours of NL saying this province to the healthy healing environment.

Wonderful biking and hiking trails, this area, about 20 km there are the cities: Middelburg, Domburg, about 6 km of the charming village has Veere, Goes for golfers offers a golf oasis

Great stay in De Banjaard in a cozy holiday home and attractive surroundings.

Equipment:
- perfectly equipped kitchen
- large bedrooms with blackout curtains; 2 bedrooms with TV
- floor-to-ceiling shower on the ground floor
- second beverage refrigerator
- partially covered second terrace for storing bicycles or, if needed, a smoking area
- baby/children's room fully equipped
- very spacious living/dining area
- the two parking spaces next to each other were perfect; no back and forth to other parking spaces
- For dog lovers; nearby (approx. 100 meters away is a wonderful path for walking dogs
- Privacy guaranteed; garden completely enclosed and little visible

Conclusion:
We found a very beautiful, cozy, and fully equipped holiday home that exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean and well-maintained.
We spent a great week in this wonderful house with 2 generations. In the fully equipped and otherwise well-appointed kitchen, cooking was really fun. The bedrooms are very spacious, the beds were super and cozy. The baby/children's room is true luxury and has everything one can imagine. Particularly noteworthy is the ground-level shower with a ground floor, which was a highlight for us. We also liked the well-maintained garden with 2 terraces, which are designed so that you can enjoy the sun all day long. The way to the magnificent beach is reachable in a few minutes on foot.

All in all, perfect house and surroundings. The contact with the very friendly landlord was excellent. We would love to come back.

Great house

Very well-maintained, well-equipped house. About 500 m to the dyke, the garden is great for dogs. Please note that at the back, there is a fence about 3 m wide, with a height of about 1 m. Sufficient for most dogs.

Very beautiful holiday home

The holiday home is equipped with all the important things and very clean, the garden is large and ideal for our four-legged friend. I personally found the long beach excellent; I went for a walk by the sea every morning for 1 hour. We definitely want to come back.

Dear Rösen family, just the initial contact excited us. The chemistry was right from the beginning; it's a shame we didn't get to meet in person. We booked your house very spontaneously, although it was a bit oversized for 2 people, but we wanted space. We found that in your beautiful house. Everything was perfect; we lacked nothing, and you can't do anything about the weather. Very well thought out, very well maintained. Wonderful tranquility, our dog knew the way "home" after one day, getting lost was impossible. Rolls were available 100 meters away, starting at 8:00 a.m. Perfect, although I got wet 3 times:-). Biking was incredibly beautiful. Dogs on the beach without a leash until 10:00 a.m. Our senior enjoyed it, and we enjoyed it with him. We would love to come back and can recommend the house further.

We, 6 adults, 2 children, a dog, found a very nice house with plenty of space for everyone. Everything, including the outdoor facilities, is very well-maintained, and the house is fully and generously equipped, including a sauna. In addition, it has a great location, only five minutes' walk to the wide beach and close to places like Domburg, Midelburg or Renesse. All in all, perfect and worth coming back to! The contact with the landlords was also very pleasant.

Super holiday home

The holiday home is located very nicely in the middle of the De Banjaard residential park, estimated 300m from the beach. It is absolutely fully equipped, nothing is missing. The bathrooms have been completely renovated and look great. If you value cleanliness, this is the right place for you. When a sink drain was dripping a bit, a plumber commissioned by the landlady quickly provided a remedy. Excellent!
Although I rated the price-performance ratio with 5 stars, I think that rental prices in the Netherlands by the sea have exploded overall. It is quite drastic and very unfortunate.
But that has nothing to do with the very likeable landlords that we had the pleasure of meeting.
In a similar group of people (6 people), I would rent the house again.

Family vacation

Our three-generation family immediately felt at home in this beautiful house and we had a wonderful time there. The furnishings in the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets, and sauna were all top-notch. There was nothing missing! We would like to highlight the lovingly furnished children's room, where everything from a changing table to high chairs was available, which young families with small children need. Our twins had a lot of fun.
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the landlady, Mrs. Rösen, for her friendly and accommodating nature. The contact via mail, email, and telephone was warm and smooth. Especially during the Corona times, this was very comforting and contributed to a relaxed vacation. We would love to come back!

Relaxed summer vacation with children

We were very satisfied with the house and can only recommend it. It is very well equipped. Everything is more than enough. It is also very suitable for a holiday with small children, the garden offers plenty of space for everyone. The beach is quickly reached and in bad weather, you are quickly in the swimming pool. We felt very comfortable there and the landlords were easy to reach. The existing sauna was also great.

Great very spontaneous short break. Great house

We had an unforgettable short break with grandma and aunt in this great house. It is very, very clean and well-maintained. Everything is really there and also adequately equipped for 8 people. The landlady was always available. Great location.

Still vacation in 2020

Meant more as a spontaneous trip and didn't regret anything. A week in a very nice house with very good amenities, plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. Child-friendly furnishings. The proximity to the beach (just a few meters away) did not bother us, and the possibility to reach nearby cities from here is very good. We would love to come back!

The beds are just great (the best we have ever had in the 25 holiday homes/villas we have visited). The equipment - TV, kitchen, cutlery, pots and pans, furniture, garden furniture - is all outstanding. The landlords, whom we met briefly in person, are very friendly, obliging, uncomplicated and helpful.
