In the farmhouse "Villa Beatrice" in the Marche region, in Mondavio, in the Province of Pesaro Urbino, you can relax, rest and enjoy the slow rhythms of the countryside, immersed in a park of square meters consisting of olive, oak, walnut and fruit trees. Outside you can cool off in the swimming pool (12x6 m.), Take walks and enjoy the large garden with spaces equipped for your children as well. Beautiful Villa fully renovated by the present owners it is built on the side of a gently sloping hill, surrounded by a beautiful gardens with oak, walnut fruit and olive trees. Set in about an acre of ground.
Perfect house and garden for holidays resting in the sun. Sea and Apennine Mountains within easy reach: Urbino 30 km, Senigallia 30 km, Rimini 60 km, Mondavio 3 km. Villa Beatrice is located midway between the two beautiful medieval towns of Mondavio and Corinaldo.
The whole area offers an abundance of pretty villages unchanged for centuries most with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and many other attractions.
The Adriatic coast is a mere 20 minute drive away. The spectacular Frasassi Caves, the longest in Italy, are forty minutes away.
Throughout the summer there are pageants & palios & food & wine festivals in the local villages. Further afield is Urbino, the world-famous Renaissance town & birthplace of Raphael (40 mins) & within 1 - hours are four of Italy's most famous theme parks (Mirabilandia, Fabilandia, Le Navi & Italia in Miniatura).
