Completely furnished brick cottage with central heating and consisting of entrée, bathroom with shower and toilet, separate kitchen and living room. Attic: 2 bedrooms for 2/3 pers
Our cottage is suitable for up to 3 people.
There are duvets and pillows on all beds. Bed linen and towels are included in the price!!!
WIFI / WLAN you can also use free of charge!
It is not allowed to use the towels for the beach.
Parking costs are also included in the rent!!!
The holiday home is located in the southern part of Egmond aan Zee and is situated in a quiet residential area.
From the holiday home you walk about 5 minutes to the sandy beach/lake and the beautiful dune landscape is only a stone's throw away.
The town centre with shops, cafés and coffee terraces is also within walking distance.
Detailed description :
Via the small vestibule with wardrobe you enter the kitchen, with stairs to the first floor, and the living/dining room.
To relax you can use the sofa set with armchairs, there is also a dining table with chairs. There is also reading material and information about Egmond aan Zee and the surrounding area.
A separate kitchen is fully equipped. Cooking is done on a gas cooker.
For the more comfortable among us, or for a quick warm-up, there is also an oven/microwave (combi).
To get the day off to a good start, there is a Senseo and coffee machine.
Of course there is a fridge with freezer compartment, pans, pots, toaster, blender, cutlery and crockery.
A gas boiler provides hot water and central heating.
In the attic there are 2 bedrooms with two wash basins. The two bedrooms are separated by a connecting door. There are duvets and pillows on all beds.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
The stairs have a handrail and the opening to the attic can be closed.
A flat screen TV is available, WIFI / WLAN can be used free of charge!
Parking is available, you can park your car close to the holiday home.
A number plate registration system applies for parking in Egmond aan Zee.
The parking costs for the south side of Egmond aan Zee, zone C+D, are included in the rent.
Access to the North Holland Dune Reserve is almost on your doorstep, with herds of Scottish cattle and free-roaming horses. In August you will find blackberries !
There are also excellent cycling and walking opportunities here. It is possible to take bicycles with you or to rent them in town.

Holiday apartment in a great location!!
Thank you very much for the friendly welcome from Mrs. Zwaan. We were very satisfied with the accommodation in the vacation apartment. The apartment is in a wonderfully quiet location, comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need, and we felt comfortable there. The nature reserve, beach, and shopping facilities are within walking distance. I can recommend this accommodation!

Centrally located and peaceful, cozy and very clean!!
We felt welcome right away! The stay in the holiday apartment was cozy, clean, and tidy.
The location is very central, everything is within walking distance. *100 meters from the dunes, the beach is within walking distance and very close to the town center.
Very nice and warm hosts.
We were very satisfied and recommend the apartment. We will gladly come back!!!

Keine Erholung
The cleanliness was absolutely lacking here. Mattress with stains, bed sheets with holes, refrigerator with hair and not hygienically clean. Stove dusty and crumbly, microwave unclean, shower limescaled, shower curtain moldy. When I pointed this out to the host, he was not cooperative. Despite it being so extreme that during a longer stay in the apartment, we couldn't breathe through our noses anymore. The host was not willing to make improvements. He said I could clean it myself. Due to these reasons, we unfortunately left and had to leave Egmond behind. We would have loved to have a nice holiday there. It's a shame that the host didn't accept anything to comply with hygienic care. This is an absolute no-go, especially in the time of Corona.

Eine hygienische Pflege? Es macht keinen Sinn, ein Ferienhaus zu putzen, das schon wieder sauber ist!
Schade, dass diese Familie frustriert war, weil sie das Ferienhaus, das sie mieten wollten, bereits vermietet war und leider an unser Ferienhaus verwiesen wurden.
Diese Familie konnte unser Ferienhaus auf der Internetseite einsehen und stimmte zu mit wie es aussieht und mit was im Ferienhaus vorhanden ist.
Seien Sie danach frustriert, denn das andere Haus auf den Bildern besser aussieht als unser Ferienhaus! Dann sehr traurig zu sagen, dass mit dem Ferienhaus viel nicht stimmt!
Sie vergessen zu erwähnen, dass wir Sie nach all Ihren falschen Kommentaren nicht mehr in unserem Ferienhaus haben wollten!
Was für eine schmutzige Familie, wie kannst du es wagen, über Hygiene zu sprechen und rauche wie ein Schornstein und dann sage, wir bekommen keine Luft mehr durch die Nase, ich kann nicht atmen!
Glücklich waren alle Gäste, die wir in der Vergangenheit hatten sehr zufrieden!
