Description
this home is the ideal place where to spend a Tuscan holiday if you want to relax and be close to cultural cities. The property includes the owners' big villa, a small villa ("Diamante"), another building where there are two flats ("Smeraldo" and "Rubino") and a swimming pool (18x3 metres) with a Jacuzzi, a spillway edge, 3 falls and a gazebo with a fridge/bar area. The pool can sometimes be used by the owners as well.
There is a restaurant only km away, a small bar/grocery/tobacconist's, a chemist's and a cash machine. The nearest Supermarket is the Coop (13/15 Viale Amendola) in Arezzo.
Rubino
This flat has the entrance and the porch facing east. It has two floors of about 150 sq m altogether. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a French sofa bed, a fireplace, SAT TV, a bathroom with a shower and the kitchen (equipped with an oven, a fridge, a freezer and a dishwasher) which has a French door opening on the porch with a table. By walking up two flights of stairs, one gets to the first floor where there is a double bedroom, a twin-bedded bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. In the basement (which can be reached from the inside of the villa) ) one can find the laundry room where there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
In each of the three accommodations are safe, free internet RJ45 Ethernet, a HI-FI system, air conditioning (extra charge), towels for the pool (for a fee), Metan-heating and barbecue.
