This cosy 60m² apartment sleeps 4 people in 2 separate bedrooms, making it ideal for families. The ski lifts are within walking distance, so you can enjoy a skiing holiday without having to use the car every day. The terrace with direct access to the forest is ideal for a snowball fight after a great day on the slopes or for building an igloo. Facilities include a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, WLAN, satellite TV and various sledging equipment. The apartment has its own parking space next to the house.

The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a romantically situated ski hut in Hochkrimml (area "Filzstein"). The house is located at the edge of the forest of the HOHE TAUERN National Park and is also directly in the snow-sure ski area of the Zillertal Arena. The ski lift can be reached on foot. The cross-country ski trail, which is developed as a course with various lengths, is also accessible without a car.

Sehr gut gepflegte Hütte, unkomplizierte Vermieter
Very quietly located holiday apartment on the ground floor of a well-maintained cottage, about 5 minutes walk to the first lift (entry to the Zillertal Arena); private parking on the property 20m from the entrance of the cottage, uncomplicated landlords, pleasant friendly communication; cottage is also suitable in summer as a starting point for hut tours in the Hohe Tauern area.
