One enters the property through a large private driveway into the parking 2 vehicles. The large terrace area with the 8 * 4 large pool with outside shower and a BBQ, promises many pleasant hours outdoors. One can also find a covered seating area, from which one enters the house.
At the dining area with a large spacious kitchen adjoins the living room. The house has a double bedroom (bathroom en suite), another bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom. The conservatory serves as a guest room. The two bedrooms and the dining room are equipped with ceiling fans.

Monte Pego is a gated urbanization and is located between Valencia and Alicante. So you can fly to both airports, which are 90 km approx. It is a beautiful well-kept residential area.
But if you walk past the narrow streets to the many beautiful houses, you felt like you were in a botanical garden!

Great house with garden and pool
From the request to the rental, everything went very well, thank you very much to Mrs. Pöhmerer as well. We can only agree with the previous reviews. A very nice house with plenty of space for four people, we were two and were able to enjoy the holiday extensively, the equipment is very good. In the outdoor area there is an old olive tree and the large wooden table in front of it with the seating invites you to have breakfast and eat in the evenings. We actually used the grill every day, you can get charcoal and other accessories directly from the hardware store, which is not far away.
In the side area of the house, there is a part of the garden with additional seating areas, which we often used in the evenings as well.
Although Monte Pego is a bit remote from the well-known places, it is very quiet there, but still many things can be reached within a few minutes by car. The location is also very nice for cycling, there are many tours in the area. Since we are not daily beach-goers, we also spent some time at the pool and used it more often. The outdoor shower is also very nice.

Beautiful
Beautiful, spacious and well-equipped house with a very well-maintained, large garden and pool. It is centrally located on the beautiful Monte Pego, and surrounding towns, cities, and beaches can also be quickly reached by car. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and cosy house with great garden
The house was very tidy and clean, everything you need is already there (kitchen utensils etc.). Very comfortably furnished, so you felt right at home. The large garden has many facets with great plants and plenty of seating. The pool was also very well maintained and had a perfect size with a beautiful view. Always happy to stay again

Schönes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus
We really liked the house. It is top equipped, clean, and in a very nice and quiet residential area. If you're looking for relaxation, this is the perfect place. The outdoor area is inviting to stay. The pool also brought us a lot of joy. Monte Pego is an ideal starting point to visit towns like Denia, Calpe, or Javea. You definitely need a car as you have to drive a few kilometers to go shopping. All in all, we really enjoyed it. We were received very nicely and bid farewell in a friendly manner. Thank you very much for that. It's worth it! ! !
