Our Casa Yesenia is our private home in Spain, which we are now very happy to share with guests who appreciate peace, panoramic views, and beautiful surroundings.
The house is situated on a slope on a mountain in Monte Pego, in a well-kept, luxurious, and guarded private estate with predominantly white villas. From here you enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and an impressive mountain panorama. The large, approximately 1,200 m² property offers plenty of space to relax and dream. Outside, three terraces await you, a private pool (8 x 4 m), a barbecue area, Mediterranean plants, and lovingly designed natural stone walls. Whether a cozy breakfast, sunbathing, or a glass of wine at sunset – here, every time of day finds its perfect place.

Monte Pego on the northern Costa Blanca is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in our Casa Yesenia: The well-maintained, mostly private villa urbanization is located on a hill and offers a fantastic panoramic view over orange groves and rice fields all the way to the Mediterranean Sea. In just a few minutes by car you can reach kilometer-long, fine sandy beaches such as the dune beach Les Deveses or the beaches of Les Marines near Dénia. At the same time, you are quickly in the lively harbor town of Dénia with its beautiful old town, marina, restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities. Monte Pego is also ideally located between Valencia and Alicante (each about an hour’s drive away, both with international airports) and close to several golf courses, including the renowned Oliva Nova Golf Resort. Thanks to the elevated location, you can enjoy a pleasant microclimate here, breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, and a quiet, safe atmosphere – the ideal setting for a relaxing stay in our private holiday home.

We are a private host family from Germany and not a rental agency. Our holiday home is our personal private house, which we have furnished with great care and now make available to selected guests. It is important to us that our guests feel as comfortable in our house as we do ourselves. That is why we value personal and straightforward communication as well as a responsible approach to our home.
