Description
The fully air-conditioned Villa Weiss is located in the south-east of Cape Coral on a wide, quiet canal. You can easily launch your rented boat using our boat lift. If you take the boat down the Fermi Channel, you will be on the Caloosahatchee River within 15 minutes. On the way to the Gulf of Mexico it is fantastic to watch animals like pelicans, dolphins, manatees and much more. You are also welcome to take our 2-man kayak through the mangroves at Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve.
The villa has a spacious layout. As soon as you enter the villa, you have a wonderful view through the living room, across the pool and onto the wide channel.
The master bedroom and master bathroom with walk-in XL shower and bathtub is on the left side of the house, the three other bedrooms with 2 bathrooms are on the right side of the house. The living room , the kitchen with quartz island and counters and the dining area are in the middle house area. Of course, each bedroom has its own LED TV and the living room has a large flat screen with DVD player and Bose sound system.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer are also available.
The lanai area, which faces south, awaits you with our large outdoor kitchen with barbecue and 2 cooking areas.
Large heated (no solar) pool and pool area with many sun loungers to relax. Of course you can also take a bike tour with our bikes.
For our little guests there are pool toys and a high chair or cot available.

The villa is only 15 minutes by boat from the river. So you only have to go a short way through the canals. Without any locks. Shopping centres and supermarkets are only 5 minutes away by car. Various golf courses are only 30 minutes away. The beach in Fort Myers can be reached within 30 minutes by a moto-trolley.

Peaceful family vacation
I was looking for a last minute booking and I am a bi-lateral above the knee amputee! I needed a home that had an open concept and was easily accessible to enter! This home provides that and so much more! Upon arrival, I was impressed with the curb appeal of this home! We then entered through the garage and the wall of sliding glass doors provided a beautiful view to the pool and canal the property is on! It was easy for me to maneuver through the home except for the water closet in the master bathroom! However, this did not stop me from enjoying the trip as I could easily access the hall restroom. The house is fully stocked with everything you may need, from kitchen supplies to linens, and plenty of them. The heated pool made it absolutely enjoyable whenever we entered it. The view of the canal out back was beautiful, and the neighborhood was very quiet. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows, and the entire home was beautifully decorated! The area was very convenient to everything you needed! The property managers were a pleasure to work with and quick to address any concerns we had! We truly enjoyed our visit and would most definitely return to this property! As many of us Northerners do, we hated to leave but are doing so with wonderful memories! Villa Weiss
Tomorrow, we will unfortunately have to leave your wonderful villa, which has been like a second home to us for the past 10 days, to slowly make our way back home. I am not usually one to give feedback, but this time I would like to make an exception.
We have felt extremely comfortable here in Cape Coral with you, Villa Weiß is a dream. The premises, the high-quality materials, the great and stylish furnishings, the outdoor area, pool, and grill are all simply fantastic. Shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing are very quickly accessible and easy to find. Everything here is planned and thought out down to the smallest detail, and even America and Cape Coral strangers can easily and quickly find their way around thanks to the extensive information literature available in the house when they are guests here. 4 bicycles and a two-person kayak are also a welcome change. Sufficient hand and bath towels are also available, and finally a household with sharp knives.
With this overall project, you have really created something very special.
It should also be noted that the local agency also reacted professionally and helpfully to all inquiries in a timely and competent manner.
No wishes are left unfulfilled even with the boat. It has the right size for the waters here, is fast, and can go almost anywhere with relatively shallow draft. Everything really worked out, and the whole group is thrilled. We saw plenty of dolphins, a large sea turtle right at the dock, and even a small alligator about 100 meters from the house in the canal. As a small thank you, we are leaving you and future guests two almost new fishing rods after having nearly fished the waters empty here :-)
We are leaving your house and the boat as we found it and would like to find houses in other places as well. We also wish you many successful rentals and...
