After four years, we are once again represented on Ferienhausmiete and look forward to your message.
Our holiday home is located directly in the Bavarian Forest National Park and is pure idyll.
The house offers space for 4 people and is divided into two floors; on the upper floor you will find two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed and its own balcony; you can also enjoy good relaxation here in our massage chair. In the small bedroom there are two single beds. Between the two bedrooms you will find a built-in wardrobe.
On the lower floor is our cozy living room with access to the balcony and pellet stove, entertainment is provided. Brand new is our panoramic window with a wonderful view!
There are many books, games, and DVDs available for you. One step further is our kitchen-living room with dining area.
The bathroom is small but nice and has natural light. The holiday home still has a divided garden; in the lower area, young guests will find a swing, sandbox, seating, and a deck chair (of course, all of this may also be used by adult guests). In the upper garden area, there is a spacious terrace where you can enjoy the sunset, as well as an adjoining balcony. Also new: our breakfast terrace with morning sun. Many seating areas around the house offer you the opportunity to enjoy the sun from morning until evening.
Your four-legged friend is in good hands with us, the property is completely fenced, and a large dog bed awaits your loyal companion in the house. Dog bowls and toys are also provided.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located directly in the Bavarian Forest National Park and is pure idyll. It is situated in a small village away from the hustle and bustle. You can start your hiking or cycling tours directly from the house. Not far away is the Glass Road, where you will find many sights and excursion destinations. Animal enclosure, treetop path, Lusen, Rachel, Steinklamm...... all can be reached within a short time.
The nearest town with shopping facilities is about 5 km away.

Pure relaxation and rest
Rustic but very cozy holiday home in a perfect location. Small fenced garden (only downside: small dogs could get through the fence in some places, but there were outdoor leashes provided). The kitchen had everything needed (spices, garbage bags, baking paper, coffee...). We didn't need the steam shower and the pellet stove. It was too warm for that. However, we were able to see deer almost every evening and even a lynx once from the balcony on the lawn. They were only about 150 - 200 m away (a good pair of binoculars for travel luggage is recommended here). Many well-marked (circular) hiking trails can be used from the house. Anyone looking for relaxation and peace is in the right place here!

A vacation with an aftertaste...
Overall, we were satisfied with the house, except for a few exceptions. Due to the email and the accusations after the stay, we would not book the house again. If we really overlooked that many dog piles, we could have been kindly informed about it. We certainly did not do this on purpose! To the cleaning fairy: You have overlooked the dirty dishes and the overflowing trash can, as well as hair under the bed sheet and in the refrigerator that our predecessors caused!
We can otherwise recommend the house due to its location and amenities.

Die Email nach der Abreise war freundlich und wenn meine Putzfee eine halbe Stunde lang nur Hundehaufen wegräumt, dann ist dies auch berechtigt. Über einen oder zwei kann man noch hinwegsehen, aber bei 20-30 ist das nicht mehr ok!
Für eine überquellende Restmülltonne ist meine Putzfee nicht zur Verantwortung zu ziehen und die angeblichen Haare im Bett und Kühlschrank wurden anscheinend auch erst nach der Abreise entdeckt? Die wurden mit keinem Kommentar in der Bewertung vor Ort erwähnt. Und meine Putzfee ist sehr gewissenhaft und wird immer gelobt!
Ich hoffe Sie konnten sich trotzdem gut erholen und wünsche Ihnen für Ihre Zukunft alles Liebe :-)

Simply dreamy!
One feels warmly welcomed immediately in this lovingly and cozily furnished little house, where nothing is truly lacking for both humans and dogs. This, along with the wonderful winter landscape, provided us with a week of pure peace and relaxation, and we are already looking forward to the next vacation in Guglöd. Absolutely recommended!!!!
