Villa Mirna is located in a quiet part of village Lokva Rogoznica with amazing, open sea and island views from every corner of the property and absolute privacy.
Completely air-conditioned and fully equipped for a very pleasant stay of max 12 persons.
Villa Mirna offers you an outdoor heated 26m2 pool with an attached Whirlpool (same temperature as the pool water) and sun deck area with 8 lounge chairs.

The interior offers two floors:
1st floor – Fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area that is connected to the pool area, Bedroom No1 with a double bed, Bedroom No2 with 2 single beds, two family bathrooms with a shower and one toilet with a washing machine.

2nd floor - Bedroom No3 with double bed and sofa bed per person, bathroom with shower (en-suite), and the outside terrace with sea views. Bedroom No. 4 has two single beds which can be connected as one double, with a TV and game console (PS4). A family bathroom can be used in this bedroom. Bedroom No. 5 has a double bed and a sofa bed per person, a bathroom with a shower (en-suite), and an outside terrace with sea views.
The 2nd floor has a gym space with an Orbitrek machine & running gear. At the roof terrace, you have a hot tub and outdoor furniture with amazing sea views.
Behind the house is a traditional wine bar with local drinks.
The whole property is fully air-conditioned, and all rooms have a smart TV.
