Description
Our flat Fritzi is located on the first floor of a farm that is no longer managed, in a secluded location. Nevertheless, it is not far to various attractions, the Sehlendorf beach is a 5-minute drive away. There is a beach chair available for our guests in the high season
From the flat there is a 15 sqm balcony facing west, from where you can watch the most beautiful sunsets. Furthermore, a staircase leads into the fenced garden, which can be shared.
The living room has 4 windows facing south and west, so even from the sofa you can watch our beautiful pack of deer and the truly remarkable sunsets . The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped.
For dogs we provide bowls, blankets, towels and the very popular Dirty Door Mats.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located in the Hohwachter Bucht in the district of Futterkamp. In the village there is the popular Obsterlebnisgarten with farm shop, where you can stock up on bread rolls and regional delicacies for breakfast. It is 5 km to Lütjenburg, where you will find all the usual supermarkets.
Sehlendorf beach is 5 minutes away by car, Hohwachter beach 7 minutes. Behrendsorf and Weissenhäuser Strand are also nearby.
Eutin, Plön and Heiligenhafen are also not far away, so a visit is always worthwhile.
We can always pass on culinary tips, as we live locally.
There are many small fish stalls where you can get the very tastiest fish sandwiches.
There are many beautiful walks from the house, through the forest, past fields or of course along the beach.
The beaches of Hohwacht, Behrensdorf / Lippe, Sehlendorf and Weissenhaus are within easy reach.

Cancellation terms:
There are no cancellation policies. If a booking is cancelled, the rental price minus 10% is due. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. If the apartment is re-rented, there will be a cancellation fee of 50.-, and the deposit will be refunded. No fees will be charged in the event of further hospitality bans.

We are located in the Hohwachter Bucht, a 5-minute drive from Sehlendorfer Strand, where we have 1 beach chair available for our guests.
The flat has a fenced garden with a spacious terrace facing west, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.
The flat is located on a farm that is no longer farmed, in a secluded area, and there are many great walking routes all around. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you.
The nearest small town, Lütjenburg, is 5 minutes away by car, and there are several nice farm shops in the immediate vicinity.
We can also recommend the fish cutter in Lippe, where you can buy freshly caught fish.
Of course, we can also help you with various gastronomic tips, all of which we have tested ourselves.
The flat is well equipped, there are bowls and the fabulous Dirty Door Mats for the dogs. For barfers we also have a TK cupboard.
W Lan is of course available.

Pure relaxation
This is the fifth time we have stayed at Villa Bootsybunt and, as always, we were warmly welcomed! The holiday already starts when we set off and at the latest when we turn into the Steinkamp, we leave the noisy world behind us! VM and Ossi and the Katers are fantastic hosts who do their job with heart and soul.
It doesn't matter which flat you spend your holiday in, because both are equally lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need.
You can't really describe the location, you have to experience it! The tranquillity, the view and the surroundings are simply fantastic. The beach, where your own beach chair is already ready, can be reached in a few minutes by car.
We are already looking forward to our next stay, which we have booked directly. And for great tips and recommendations from VM?

A dream to relax...
We, my two Border Terriers and I, stayed at Villa Bootsybunt for the second time....Relaxation starts as soon as you arrive....The WHG Fritzi is lovingly prepared...there is already a surprise waiting in the kitchen for man and dog... The peace and quiet and the location are simply priceless...so is the hospitality of Rina and Oskar....There are great opportunities for hiking in the immediate vicinity....The Baltic Sea is not far away...10 minutes by car...I would always treat myself to some time out at Vila Bootsybunt..

Pure relaxation
A beautiful accommodation for two- and four-legged friends.
The Fritzi apartment is totally cute with a beautiful terrace and access to the fenced garden. It's super cozy and simply fantastic. All around there is nothing but fields and meadows. You go out the door, don't even need to leash the dog, and can start walking immediately. It's super quiet and harmonious, a good night's sleep is definitely guaranteed. No neighbors, no street, no annoying dog encounters that cause stress.
The beach is a 10-minute drive away. Beautiful soft sand, clear water, no garbage or dirt - never anywhere is there garbage or anything else lying around.
Beach chair included, for which others have to pay a lot of money.
In the next town there are numerous restaurants. Especially recommended is the Central in Hohwacht - super tasty!
The whole area is very dog-friendly - we took the dog everywhere and were always warmly welcomed in restaurants.
We have been here for the second time, thank you Rina for your great hospitality. It's always great with you!

Optimal for a holiday with dogs, it doesn't get any better than this!
This holiday met all my requirements for a holiday with dogs. The flat was cheerful, cosy and well furnished, simply beautiful. The garden is fenced in so that it is escape-proof, which is especially important for my little huntress. So you didn't have to worry about leaving the patio door open. It only took a few minutes to drive to the beach and then you reached a wonderful beach. And of course, not to forget, a very nice hostess. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you.

Holiday apartment with heart
We have now visited Villa Bootsybunt for the third time and are delighted each time by the warm welcome from the landlady and her friendly host dog Oskar. The apartment is cozy, well-furnished, and spacious enough, so even our large dog (80 cm tall and very long) felt very comfortable here. Rina and Oskar have the best tips on places where people with dogs are truly welcome. The restaurants and excursion recommendations have been dog-checked, and we were warmly welcomed everywhere, even with our dog. The food was delicious everywhere, which was also tested by the landlady. The care is as individual and personal as everyone wants it to be, so you feel completely comfortable all around. The dog beaches can be reached by car in 5-10 minutes and invite you to extensive beach walks. And finally, there was the obligatory "stare-off" photo shoot with Oskar, who also gives lessons for that. We will definitely come back.
